Mueller Seeks Flynn’s Testimony in His Never-Ending Investigation

November 24, 2017

untitled (189)

At what point do you tell a Special Counsel and his Investigate Staff who have found no evidence of “Collusion with Russia” to pack up their stuff and go home?

According to The New York Times,

Lawyers for Michael T. Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, notified the president’s legal team in recent days that they could no longer discuss the special counsel’s investigation, according to four people involved in the case, an indication that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with prosecutors or negotiating such a deal. Mr. Flynn’s lawyers had been sharing information with Mr. Trump’s lawyers about the investigation by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, who is examining whether anyone around Mr. Trump was involved in Russian efforts to undermine Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

That agreement has been terminated, the four people said. Defense lawyers frequently share information during investigations, but they must stop when doing so would pose a conflict of interest. It is unethical for lawyers to work together when one client is cooperating with prosecutors and another is still under investigation.

The notification alone does not prove that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with Mr. Mueller. Some lawyers withdraw from information-sharing arrangements as soon as they begin negotiating with prosecutors. And such negotiations sometimes fall apart.

Still, the notification led Mr. Trump’s lawyers to believe that Mr. Flynn — who, along with his son, is seen as having significant criminal exposure — has, at the least, begun discussions with Mr. Mueller about cooperating.

Lawyers for Mr. Flynn and Mr. Trump declined to comment. The four people briefed on the matter spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

A deal with Mr. Flynn would give Mr. Mueller a behind-the-scenes look at the Trump campaign and the early tumultuous weeks of the administration. Mr. Flynn was an early and important adviser to Mr. Trump, an architect of Mr. Trump’s populist “America first” platform and an advocate of closer ties with Russia.

His ties to Russia predated the campaign — he sat with President Vladimir V. Putin at a 2015 event in Moscow — and he was a point person on the transition team for dealing with Russia.

Among the interactions that Mr. Mueller is investigating is a private meeting that Mr. Flynn had with the Russian ambassador and Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law, during the presidential transition. In the past year, it has been revealed that the Trump campaign repeatedly tried to meet with Russian officials who were promising compromising information on Mrs. Clinton.

Mr. Flynn is regarded as loyal to Mr. Trump, but he has in recent weeks expressed serious concerns to friends that prosecutors will bring charges against his son, Michael Flynn Jr., who served as his father’s chief of staff and was a part of several financial deals involving the elder Mr. Flynn that Mr. Mueller is scrutinizing.

The White House has said that neither Mr. Flynn nor other former aides has incriminating information to provide about Mr. Trump. “He likes General Flynn personally, but understands that they have their own path with the special counsel,” a White House lawyer, Ty Cobb, said in an interview last month with The New York Times. “I think he would be sad for them, as a friend and a former colleague, if the process results in punishment or indictments. But to the extent that that happens, that’s beyond his control.”

Mr. Mueller and his staff are getting desperate.

As I sit down to write this post after a very long second day of a new assignment given to me by the company I work for, images are playing through my head after reading this article.

I am remembering the night of November 8, 2016…the scene of astonishment, disbelief, and unstoppable grief among Hillary Supporters…from those who had gathered to hear her presumed Victory Speech who were sent on their way by John Podesta to the panel of anchors and “Poltiical Pundits” on MSNBC who were so dejected that they resembled an  extended version of the painting of the solemn farmer and his wife by Grant Wood, titled “American Gothic”.

The unstoppable grief of Modern American Liberals over the victory of Donald J. Trump has led them to carry on a National Temper Tantrum highlighted by Fake News Stories, unsubstantiated rumors, and Machiavellian plans and schemes being carried out in the halls of our Nation’s Capitol.

Which brings me to the next images running through my head…scenes from the classic movie starring Jimmy Stewart, “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington”.

Naive and idealistic Jefferson Smith, leader of the Boy Rangers, is appointed on a lark by the spineless governor of his state. He is reunited with the state’s senior senator–presidential hopeful and childhood hero, Senator Joseph Paine. In Washington, however, Smith discovers many of the shortcomings of the political process as his earnest goal of a national boys’ camp leads to a conflict with the state political boss, Jim Taylor. Taylor first tries to corrupt Smith and then later attempts to destroy Smith through a scandal.

I have been chronicling since President Trump’s Campaign started as to how he threatened to upset the Washingtonian Status Quo and how the Democratic Elite and the Vichy Republicans as well, viewed him as an “outsider” unfit to hold the highest office in the land.

Follow me, boys and girls…

Mueller’s 16 lawyers who are investigating for corruption are Democrats who donate to the DNC.

Therefore, they are hardly “objective”.

As I have written before, the frenzy which those who are still grieving Hillary’s loss have built themselves into as a group resembles the mentality of an old West Lynch Mob.

And that mob stretches from UC Berkeley to Capitol Hill.

They want a hanging, and by gum, there WILL be a “hanging”, even is it has to be Donald Trump, Jr., in order to teach the President a “lesson” as to who is REALLY in charge of this country.

It is past time for President Trump to pull the plug on the Special Counsel’s Investigation.

Being the minority Political Ideology in America has never stopped Modern American Liberals from trying to enforce their will upon the American people.

You see, boys and girls, from the moment that it was announced that the “Interloper” Donald J. Trump, has “stolen” he election from “the Chosen One”, Hillary Clinton, America’s Liberals determined that they had to go into an all-out offensive to run Trump out of office, saving their entitlement programs and continuing the mission which Obama and his Administration started: that of turning the “Shining City Upon the Hill” into just another country.

The Democrats, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and West Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, effectively divorced themselves from the people whom they claimed in every previous election cycle to “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

To put it in Marital Terms, Average Working Class Americans and the Democratic Party are no longer “evenly yoked”.

The Democrats became the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, boys and girls?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we have suffered under for the last 8 years on November 8th.

While the French long ago used “Madame Guillotine” to make a drastic change in their government, Americans used voting booths.

Now, it’s time to come together as a nation, not to purposefully further the division between us.

America has no need for a “Shadow Government”, run by Former President Barack Hussein Obama. We do not need a Former Nazi Sympathizer and Stool Pigeon financing protests and parades designed to undermine the president and to undo the votes which average Americans cast on November 8th.

That kind of garbage is designed to further divide us as a nation.

It is the same strategy which Vladimir Lenin used to engineer the Bolshevik revolution in Russia in 1917 which replaced the Russian Monarchy with Marxism, which only succeeded in making the new Ruling Class, the Politburo, richer, and the working class, the Proletariat, poorer.

Norman Matoon Thomas (1884-1968) was a six-time Presidential Candidate  representing the Socialist Party of America.  In a campaign interview in 1948, he said the following:

The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.

Could Mr. Thomas have been right?

I pray that he greatly underestimated the American People.

The Great Liberal Sexual Harassment Hunt Continues: “A Rose By Any Other Name…”

November 21, 2017

Charlie

Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. – Proverbs 16:18

FoxNews.com reports that

“CBS This Morning” co-host and longtime PBS star Charlie Rose has been accused by eight women of making unwanted sexual advances toward them and admitted to some of the misconduct in a statement, according to the Washington Post. Both PBS and CBS suspended him.

Rose’s alleged misconduct includes making lewd phone calls, walking around naked and groping the women’s breasts, buttocks or genital areas, according to the Post. Rose’s accusers were employees or “aspired to work for Rose at The Charlie Rose show’ on PBS from the late 1990s to as recently as 2011.”

CBS also suspended Rose but did not respond to request for additional comment.

“We are deeply disturbed to learn of these allegations and are immediately suspending the show from airing on Bloomberg TV,” the network said in a statement.

Rose’s accusers were between 21 and 37 years old at the time of the alleged encounters and the Post noted that there are “striking commonalities” in the accounts of the women. His alleged behavior typically included offering jobs to females and then using his power to put them in uncomfortable positions of a sexual nature. He allegedly would offer women a six-figure position that disappeared once they rejected his advances.

“For all of the women, reporters interviewed friends, colleagues or family members who said the women had confided in them about aspects of the incidents. Three of the eight spoke on the record. Five of the women spoke on the condition of anonymity out of fear of Rose’s stature in the industry, his power over their careers or what they described as his volatile temper,” the Post said in a statement about the bombshell.

None of the women who made accusations against Rose to The Post worked for PBS or CBS.

He has expressed remorse for some of the allegations.

“In my 45 years in journalism, I have prided myself on being an advocate for the careers of the women with whom I have worked,” Rose said in a statement provided to The Post. “Nevertheless, in the past few days, claims have been made about my behavior toward some former female colleagues… It is essential that these women know I hear them and that I deeply apologize for my inappropriate behavior. I am greatly embarrassed.”

Rose continued: “I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate. I always felt that I was pursuing shared feelings, even though I now realize I was mistaken.”

Powerful and influential men have been facing allegations of sexual misconduct on a regular basis since disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein was outed as a sexual predator with a pair of bombshell reports in The New York Times and New Yorker earlier this year. High-profile media members such as Glenn Thrush and Mark Halperin have joined celebrities such as Kevin Spacey, Louis C.K. and a handful of politicians accused of sexual misconduct in recent weeks.

Ironically, Rose once appeared as himself on an episode of the Netflix series “House of Cards,” which has been rocked by the accusations against Spacey.

According to the report by Post contributor Irin Carmon and investigative reporter Amy Brittain, one accuser, Reah Bravo, was an intern and then associate producer for Rose’s PBS show beginning in 2007. In various interviews, she detailed unwanted sexual advances from Rose.

“It has taken 10 years and a fierce moment of cultural reckoning for me to understand these moments for what they were,” she told The Post. “He was a sexual predator, and I was his victim.”

Another accuser, Kyle Godfrey-Ryan, was Rose’s former assistant and detailed “at least a dozen instances where Rose walked nude in front of her while she worked in one of his New York City homes.” She claims the CBS and PBS star also “repeatedly called” her “at night or early in the morning to describe his fantasies of her swimming naked.”

Megan Creydt worked as a coordinator on the show from 2005 to 2006 and was a colleague of Godfrey-Ryan. She told the Post that Rose “put his hand on my mid-thigh” and understands that other claims are more serious but she was willing to speak to the paper to “support other women who were coming forward.”

The 75-year-old is considered a broadcasting legend and has interviewed everyone from Steve Jobs to Barack Obama. Time magazine named Rose one of its 100 most influential people in 2014 and former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg once described him as “one of the most important and influential people in journalism.”

Well, the Great Liberal Sexual Harassment Hunt that began in Hollywood has now reached the East Coast

Now, there have always been rumors and innuendos concerning those who make a very nice living in the public eye.

However, within the past few weeks, all of those rumors and innuendos have become facts.

And, you know what has been great about all of these revelations? …If I may call all of this perversion “great”…

Except for one notable exception, involving a very obvious political set-up in Alabama, all of these cases are Liberal Democrats “eating” their own.

That’s right.

The very individuals who produced and starred in commercials who told us “that wasn’t who we were” if we were to vote for Donald J. Trump on November 8, 2016 have proven themselves to be “not who we are” to begin with.

For all of their self-proclaimed piety and scripted sanctimony, the Liberal Elite who parade themselves across our movie and television screens are turning out to be no more sophisticated and above reproach than the “dancers” and “patrons” at your local “Boom-Boom Room”.

For all of their hues and cries over Trump’s recorded private conversation about “party girls”, these members of Hollywood’s and the Media’s Liberal Elite have felt the cold hard slap of their own hypocrisy slap them squarely in their surgically enhanced faces.

The funny thing is, if you had asked all of these Liberals before their “indiscretions” came out, how they felt about women, they would have told you that they were “Feminists”.

Y’know, I’m may be just an old cracka’, but somehow I don’t believe that being a “Feminist” means that you grope women and show off your shortcomings to them without their consent.

Considering the way that Liberal Democrats have talked down to the American Public, both as politicians and member of the Main Stream Media for the past few decades, this exercise in political cannibalism by them is both well-deserved and highly entertaining.

And, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch of hypocrites.

Democrats Turn on Franken. ‘Bama Republicans Support Moore. Worm Turns. Schadenfreude Ensues.

November 17, 2017

Franken-600-LI (2)

Every picture tells a story, doesn’t it?

FoxNews.com reports that

Democrats lashed out at Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., Thursday after Los Angeles TV and radio host Leeann Tweeden accused him of kissing and groping her during a USO tour in 2006, with at least two female lawmakers pledging to return campaign funds raised for them by Franken’s political action committee.

Leaders of both parties in the Senate called for an ethics investigation of Franken, a request echoed by the senator himself, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

“The allegations brought forth are extremely disturbing,” Perez said in a statement. “Sexual misconduct, harassment, and assault are never acceptable, no matter one’s party or politics. The Senate should immediately begin an ethics investigation into Senator Franken’s conduct.”

Pelosi said any “credible allegation” should be subject to an ethics probe, telling Fox News “We are at a watershed moment and now is the time for Congress to overhaul how it deals with the issue of sexual harassment.”

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., went a step further, tweeting that she had donated $30,000 in campaign contributions from Franken’s Midwest Values PAC to food banks in her home state.

McCaskill said she was “shocked and concerned” by Tweeden’s allegations against Franken, who was elected to the Senate in 2008.

“Comedy is no excuse for inappropriate conduct,” McCaskill’s statement added.

Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., announced that she planned to donate $20,000 raised by Franken’s PAC to a group working on behalf of female veterans in the state.

“This type of behavior isn’t acceptable whether it’s from a Democrat or a Republican or an independent,” Baldwin, who is up for re-election next year, told MSNBC in an interview.

Another prominent Democratic woman, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, reportedly planned to donate $12,500 in campaign funds to Protect our Defenders, a nonprofit group dedicated to combating sexual assault in the military.

“The allegations against Sen. Franken are deeply concerning,” Gillibrand posted on Twitter. “This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated anywhere in our society. There is nothing funny about it and there is no excuse for it.”

Franken’s fellow Minnesota Democrat, Amy Klobuchar, said, “This should not have happened to Leeann Tweeden. I strongly condemn this behavior, and the Senate Ethics Committee must open an investigation.”

A spokeswoman for Klobuchar, who has received at least $15,000 from Midwest Values PAC, did not immediately respond to queries from Fox News about the senator’s plans for the money.

In a series of statements, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), singled out eleven Democratic senators and called on them to return their donations from Midwest Values PAC.

“If [senator’s last name] won’t immediately denounce Franken and return his donations, it will be clear [he or she] puts partisan politics over basic decency,” each statement read.

The senators named by the NRSC were McCaskill; Baldwin; Joe Manchin of West Virginia; Jon Tester of Montana; Tim Kaine of Virginia; Joe Donnelly of Indiana, to whom the NRSC referred as “Mexico Joe”; Debbie Stabenow of Michigan; Bob Casey of Pennsylvania; Bill Nelson of Florida; Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota and Sherrod Brown of Ohio.

Of the eleven, only McCaskill and Baldwin had announced plans to return the money Thursday evening.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Dems to return that money, boys and girls.

Yesterday on his radio program, Rush Limbaugh, as he is want to do, analyzed the situation which the bunch of jackasses known as the Democratic Party find themselves in.

Now, this guy has been all over the place. When the Weinstein story breaks there’s our old buddy Al making a big show of giving all the money Weinstein gave to women’s abuse centers. He has sponsored legislation that would penalize all kinds of bad activity against women. And you know what they say? A guy that gets caught doing it once doesn’t just do it once.

But here’s the problem for the Democrats. The Democrats are going to town disqualifying, trying to get rid of Roy Moore, and the Republicans have joined them in this. Everybody in Washington wants Roy Moore nowhere near that town. They are going into every weapons depot they’ve got for every weapon they’ve got against this guy. Republicans and Democrats alike.

Now, the Democrats are doing this because they want the seat in Alabama. They don’t want Roy Moore there. And they’re using this as a pretext to get rid of Trump in future impeachment proceedings, not Russia, not collusion, but this stuff. And that’s another reason why so many of these journalists who gave Bill Clinton a pass are now turning tail and basically saying, “You know, we blew it. We were too young, we didn’t know what was going on, we do now, and what Bill Clinton did was terrible and horrible.”

They’ve got to do that if they’re gonna go after Trump. Now, one of the things that you’re not seeing as they go after Bill Clinton is going after Hillary, but that’s gonna have to happen too because they’ve gotta get rid of her. They don’t want her any longer being the face of the Democrat Party. So in the midst of this, in the midst of creating this picture that this Republican is a pervert, a creep, a scumbag, human debris, here comes old reliable Al Franken with an actual photo of the abuse.

With Roy Moore we have allegations and a possibly forged high school yearbook. With Trump we have the Access Hollywood video where he’s talking to Billy Bush about things, but there is no photographic evidence. With Al Franken there is. Mitch McConnell has already said that there needs to be a serious Ethics Committee investigation into Franken. The Democrats, what are they gonna do here? They can’t defend this. Although I wouldn’t put it past them to try, given their close association, friendship with the Drive-By Media.

But it really presents a problem, because this is something you can’t ignore, because there’s a photo of it. And everything that we’ve heard now in this effort to get rid of Moore, what is it? We’ve got to believe the women. Everybody under the sun is saying the women don’t lie. The women have to be believed. Everybody’s saying it about the women involved with Roy Moore.

Here comes Leeann Tweeden. Are they gonna say, “Well, we need further investigation. We can’t just take the woman’s word for it.” Are they gonna that? They can’t do that. Well, I say they can’t do that, but these people are capable of anything.

…Al Franken has joined the call for an ethics investigation into himself. I tell you what I think they’re gonna try to do here. I think they’re gonna try to skate. I think they are gonna rely on the media dropping this and not covering this and they’re gonna try to make it as though this didn’t even happen. Mark my words.

The problem that the Democrats face in their quest to make believe that Al Franken’s “abuse problem” does not exist and never did, is the fact that is documented via photograph.

Now, a lot of honest working people tend to tune out the Cable News Channels’ “Talking Heads”, especially if they are Liberals. But, that picture of Al Franken in the act of groping an unconscious Leeann Tweeden, while grinning like a schoolboy who just found his father’s hidden stash of Playboy Magazines, speaks louder that any weasel words of the Democrat Leadership or their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media.

Adding to the smile on my face as I write this post tonight is the fact that the Alabama Republican Party has told the Vichy Republicans up on Capitol Hill to take a running jump. They are standing alongside Judge Roy Moore as their Senatorial Candidate.

After what seems like an eternity of Pharasetical pontificating by the Main Stream Media and the Democrats over the hearsay evidence in the case of Judge Moore, it is a delicious bit of Schadenfreude for them to be hit between the eye by their own hypocrisy, in a scene reminiscent of the classic Three Stooges Short, “In the Sweet Pie and Pie”, where they had a gigantic pie fight break out in the middle of a high society soiree.

All of the hoi polloi were hit in the mush by a flying pie.

One can only hope that this scandal involving the unfunny Al Franken was simply the first pie of many to find its mark.

The worm is turning.

Roy Moore Tells Hannity Accusations are “Completely False”. What Does His Senate Race and Obama’s in Illinois in 2004 Have in Common?

November 11, 2017

untitled (194)

“In fact, when I was out in Missouri just a few weeks back, I told some students down in Cape Girardeau—and they seemed to enjoy the story—about the fellow who was running for office as a Republican in a heavily Democratic State. He stopped by a farm to do some campaigning. And when the farmer heard he was a Republican, his jaw dropped, and he said, “You wait right here while I get Ma. She’s never seen a Republican.” [Laughter] So, he got Ma. And while they were gone, the candidate looked around for a podium from which to give his speech.

And the only thing he could find was a pile of that stuff that Bess Truman took 35 years trying to get Harry to call fertilizer. [Laughter] So, he got up on that mound, and when they came back, he gave his speech. At the end of it, the farmer said, “That’s the first time I ever heard a Republican speech.” The candidate said, “That’s the first time I’ve ever given a Republican speech from a Democratic platform.”- Ronald Reagan, Republican Governors Club Dinner, 1988

And, to this day, that is all the Democrats are offering.

FoxNews.com reports that

Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore said Friday that allegations that he had sexual contact with underage girls in the late 1970s and early 1980s was “completely false” and “based on a lie supported by innuendo.”

Moore made the comments in an extensive new written statement and in an interview on the “Sean Hannity Radio Show.”

On Thursday, a Washington Post report alleged that Moore initiated sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in 1979, when he was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney in Gadsden, Ala. The report also included claims by three other women that Moore asked them out on dates — and in two cases, kissed them — when they were between the ages of 16 and 18. The legal age of consent in Alabama is 16.

“I have never provided alcohol to minors, and I have never engaged in sexual misconduct,” said Moore in his statement, referencing a claim by one of the women that he gave her wine when she was below Alabama’s legal drinking age, which is 19.

“As a father of a daughter and a grandfather of five granddaughters,” Moore went on. “I condemn the actions of any man who engages in sexual misconduct not just against minors but against any woman.”

In the radio interview with Hannity, Moore denied ever knowing Leigh Corfman, who told the Post he made sexual advances toward her when she was 14. However, he did not deny dating teenagers as young as 16.

“You understand this was 40 years ago,” Moore said. “And after my return from the military, I dated a lot of young ladies.”

When asked by Hannity if he dated teenagers when he was in his 30s, Moore said “It would have been out of my customary behavior,” and added that he didn’t “remember dating any girl without the permission of her mother.”

In his statement, Moore implored “the Washington Post, and everyone involved [in the story], to tell the truth.” But on the radio, Moore said he was “sure in the next four weeks, they’re gonna come out with another article.” He also said that his campaign had “some evidence of collusion,” but did not elaborate.

“I trust that the people of Alabama, who know my record after 40 years of public service, will vouch for my character and commitment to the rule of law,” Moore’s statement concluded.

The allegations have caused an outcry from national Republican leaders, who have called on Moore to drop out of the race if the allegations are proven true. On Friday, the Senate GOP’s campaign arm formally ended its fundraising agreement with Moore.

The GOP’s 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney condemned his colleagues’ caveat — only if the allegations are true.

“Innocent until proven guilty is for criminal convictions, not elections. I believe Leigh Corfman,” Romney said. “Her account is too serious to ignore. Moore is unfit for office and should step aside.”

However, the former state Supreme Court justice has emphatically refused to leave the race, telling Hannity if candidates step aside due to accusations, “you might as well not run, because when you run you’re going to get allegations.”

Despite the allegations, Moore also has the support of several Republican officials in Alabama.

“Humphrey Bogart started dating Lauren Bacall when she was a teenager,” said state Auditor Jim Ziegler, referring to the then-19-year-old actress.

Paul Reynolds, Alabama’s Republican National Committeeman, called it “a firestorm designed to shipwreck a campaign in Alabama. I think it’s sinister.”

As I wrote yesterday, this whole matter stinks to high heaven like a page out of the Democratic Playbook of Dirty Tricks.

Setting up a political newcomer on the national scene to take a fall in a hotly contested political race is as old as recorded history. There is nothing new about this…and the Democratic Party  Hierarchy are experts at it.

All you have to do, is find events in someone’s past that could be twisted around to be perceived as being unseemly, get your political operatives (in this case the Propaganda Arm of the DNC, the Main Stream Media) to pay some “witnesses” to step forward and tell their lurid tales, the steamier the better, until they sound like the kind of sexual fiction in old copies of “men’s magazines” found under young boys’ beds back in the 1960s.

The further back in the candidate’s history, the better. Just so long as you can keep the less-than-angelic lives of your “witnesses” out of the public eye.

This is exactly what it happening to Judge Roy Moore.

But, hey, it is as big a part of Democratic Political Strategy as the Machiavellian Schemes born in the backrooms of restaurants and bars in Chicago.

Speaking of Chicago…

Allow me to relate a little story to you of another Senate Race (courtesy of information found at americanthinker.org):

In 2004, Illinois State Senator Barack Hussein Obama decided to run for The United States Senate.

As the campaigns entered their closing rounds, the news ”happened to be” leaked to media outlets that both Hull and Ryan [his opponents] had “personal scandals” in their past. The timely release of this news wiped out both of their campaigns, leading to an easy victory for Obama in the primary and then in the general election.

The New York Times Magazine revealed that David Axelrod, Obama’s chief political and media adviser, may well have been behind the leak of the story that doomed the Hull candidacy as the primary reached its home stretch.

As he has shown over the years, Axelrod was right at home operating in this gray area, part idealist, part hired muscle. One can not bring up Axelrod’s name in certain circles in Chicago without the matter of the Blair Hull divorce papers coming up. Approaching the 2004 Senate primary, it was clear that it was a two-man race: the millionaire Liberal, Hull, leading in the polls, and Obama, who was the figurehead of an impressive grass-roots campaign. One month before the vote, The Chicago Tribune “just happened” to reveal, at the end of a long profile of Hull, that during a divorce proceeding, Hull’s second wife filed for an order of protection. This revelation proceeded to erupt into a full-fledged scandal. This scandal destroyed Hull’s campaign and handed Obama an easy primary victory.

The Tribune reporter who wrote the story later admitted in print that the Obama camp had “worked aggressively behind the scenes” to push the story. However, a lot of folks in Chicago believe that Axelrod leaked the initial story. They will tell you that before signing on with Obama, Axelrod interviewed with Hull. They also point out that Obama’s TV ad campaign just happened to start at almost the same time. Axelrod swears up and down that “we had nothing to do with it” and that the campaign’s television ad schedule was in the works for a long time.

Axlerod’s explanation?

An aura grows up around you, and people assume everything emanates from you.

Is anybody else getting a strange feeling of Deja Vu?  Or is it just me?

Vichy (Establishment) Republicans Consider Distancing Themselves From the President Who Got Elected Due to Their Tone-Deaf Failure to Do Their Jobs.

November 9, 2017

untitled (192)

I believe that the Republican Party is stuck in a cycle in which their desire to protect their own hindquarters and cushy “jobs” has lead to a self-imposed isolation from the very American Citizens who were responsible for their having those cushy “jobs” in the first place. – kingsjester, 12/13/16

Politico.com reports that

Sweeping losses in Tuesday’s elections have exacerbated a growing rift inside the GOP over whether the party’s candidates should embrace President Donald Trump in next year’s midterms — or make a clean break.

With Trump’s approval ratings cratering in swing states across the country, some senior party strategists are imploring lawmakers to abandon the president. Others argue that shunning Trump and his populist base is simply out of the question and that anything other than a full embrace of the president would spell electoral disaster.

In the Virginia gubernatorial race, Republican Ed Gillespie tried to have it both ways — with disastrous consequences. Gillespie, who privately agonized about the degree to which Trump should be involved in the contest, refused to campaign with the president. But at the same time, he trumpeted Trump’s culture war issues in ads.

White House advisers spent Wednesday combing through the election results and fuming about Gillespie’s have-it-both-ways approach. By keeping Trump at arm’s length, they said, Gillespie squandered an opportunity to motivate conservatives whose support he needed.

“He wouldn’t embrace the president, so the base that came out to vote for the president and that voted for me, didn’t come out,” said Prince William County Board of Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart, a Trump campaign official who nearly defeated Gillespie in the June GOP primary. “The Trump-Stewart base just didn’t turn out.”

Others, however, said Gillespie — an establishment-minded former Beltway lobbyist who never felt entirely at ease highlighting populist issues — went too far in aligning himself with the president. By vowing to preserve the state’s Confederate monuments and to combat MS-13 gang violence, they argued, the candidate fired up Democrats in the state’s population centers and liberal northern suburbs.

“Be yourself and run your own campaign,” said GOP strategist John Weaver, a veteran of presidential campaigns. “Don’t embrace this nationalist approach.”

Trump, he added, “is a tremendous drag in a general election.”

Republicans running down-ballot have long grappled with how to deal with the president. But as Trump’s poll numbers wane and the midterm season grows closer, the debate has taken on greater urgency. While the president’s approval ratings have plummeted in moderate and liberal areas, his core base of supporters has remained steadfast.

The dilemma is expected to be a major topic of discussion next week at the Republican Governors Association annual meeting in Austin, Texas. And top House GOP campaign strategists, trying to preserve their now-tenuous majority, said they wanted to look more deeply into the Virginia results before drawing conclusions.

“It’s quite a predicament,” said Tony Fabrizio, a longtime GOP pollster who worked on the Trump campaign.

“You can’t be the anti-Trump guy in the primary. But you don’t want to be the 100-percent-for-Trump guy in the general,” he added. “When you go to one extreme or the other, that’s when you fall short.”

Gillespie spent months trying to perform a balancing act. He emerged from the June primary deeply frustrated, after Trump supporters nearly powered Stewart to an upset victory. Gillespie vented about his political operation and even considered a staff shakeup. The former national party chairman sketched out several possible paths forward, including a full-on embrace of the president.

But Gillespie — who in 2006 penned an op-ed in which he warned the GOP against becoming an “anti-immigration party” — never felt truly comfortable running under the Trump banner, people close to the campaign said. So he adopted a moderated approach, airing commercials that spotlighted Trump-centric issues like MS-13 and the Confederate monuments, while avoiding attaching himself to the president personally.

Gillespie’s team deliberated extensively about whether to bring in Trump for a campaign event in conservative southwest Virginia. The candidate ended up having Vice President Mike Pence hold a campaign rally and fundraiser for him. Gillespie never made a hard ask for the commander-in-chief.

In the end, Gillespie released about $500,000 worth of mailers highlighting the president’s endorsement of him. Trump also sent a batch of tweets highlighting his support. On Monday evening and then on Election Day, Trump released a robocall bashing Democratic candidate Ralph Northam. One wave of the calls was directed to southwestern Virginia.

White House officials were dismayed by Gillespie’s approach, convinced that he ultimately got the worst of both worlds — ginning up liberal turnout without ever fully motivating Trump’s core supporters.

“GOP candidates cannot keep Trump at arm’s length right up until the end and then expect to energize the base,” said conservative radio show host Laura Ingraham, an outspoken Trump backer. “It seems inauthentic because it is.”

Stewart, for his part, said he reached out to Gillespie multiple times after the primary in hopes of persuading him to run a more pro-Trump campaign. But he said Gillespie never expressed much interest.

Tying oneself to Trump, however, may do little to stem a rising tide of liberal enthusiasm. As they pored over voter figures on Wednesday, Gillespie’s strategists conceded they had been caught off guard by the wave of Democratic turnout.

“If you’re in a district or state with a high percentage of college-educated white voters, you should be quaking in your boots right now,” said Phil Cox, a Gillespie adviser and former executive director of the Republican Governors Association.

He noted that Democrats far outperformed turnout expectations in an off-year election.

As to the difficult question of whether Republicans should align themselves with the president, “There will be a political market test,” Cox said. “Candidates will determine the outcome.”

These Vichy Republicans do understand that Trump won with 46% of the vote and according to RasmussenReports, com , his popularity is polling at 42%, don’t they?

That’s hardly “cratering”.

Our economy has come roaring back under the 45th President.

The Unemployment Rate is down to a percentage not seen since 2000.

Stocks are through the roof.

Corporations are moving back to America.

Consumer Confidence is up.

So is the confidence of our allies.

Trump was called the “Leader of the World” by one of the Foreign Dignitaries on his ongoing 11-Day Asia Trip.

And this is the guy whom they want to distance themselves from?

Do the Vichy Republicans want to be the Democrats’ whipping boy for the next millennium?

What slays me about the Establishment Republicans is that they seem to be quite content, in their moderately Left-leaning stupor, even after the mandate that We The People delivered to them on November 8th, 2016, to be totally oblivious and tone-deaf of their Base, average hard-working middle-class Americans like you and me.

You know, the people who actually put them into office.

They keep on making bad choices.

Spineless Vichy Republicans have been a barrier to Republican victory for as long as I can remember. Like Quakers, Establishment Republicans seem to believe that passive resistance and reaching out to their sworn enemies as “friends”, is the way to defeat those who oppose you.

It was especially bad during Obama’s reign, as the House and Senate Republican Leadership apparently cherished their friendship with the Democrats more than they did the wishes of the folks back home. Yes, they talked a good game, but so did Jon Lovitz in those “Liar Sketches” during the old days of Saturday Night Live, back when they were actually funny.

Yeah,  my wife Morgan Fairchild. Yeah, that’s it. That’s the ticket!

And now, in the 11th month of the first year of Trump’s Presidency, Congress remains oblivious to the anger of average Americans, living here in the Heartland, during the 2016 President Election, which gave them control of Capitol Hill.

And that is why they lost those Gubernatorial Elections on Tuesday.

In 1975, Ronald Wilson Reagan gave a speech which sums up our present situation and average Americans’ visceral disdain for the Professional Politicians, who value the Washingtonian Status Quo, above US.

Americans are hungry to feel once again a sense of mission and greatness.

I don ‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, “We must broaden the base of our party” — when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

It was a feeling that there was not a sufficient difference now between the parties that kept a majority of the voters away from the polls. When have we ever advocated a closed-door policy? Who has ever been barred from participating?

Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

I do not believe I have proposed anything that is contrary to what has been considered Republican principle. It is at the same time the very basis of conservatism. It is time to reassert that principle and raise it to full view. And if there are those who cannot subscribe to these principles, then let them go their way.

Note to the GOP Elite:

You guys are now facing the same situation that faced Victor von Frankenstein, in the classic movie: You have created this “monster”.

…a pi$$ed-off base who voted for an “outsider”, a non-professional politician talking directly to the people…

And, you have lost control.

Your only hope is to catch this lighting in a bottle and to ride this lightning bolt all the way through Donald J. Trump’s tenure as President of the United States of America, supporting him and passing legislation in accordance with the wishes of the American Voters who made him the “Leader of your Political Party”.

Your phony baloney jobs are at stake.

If you do not straighten up and perform your job under the mandate which we gave you on November 8, 2016, those jobs which you have become so comfortable in, can and will be taken away in the next Midterm Elections, as demonstrated on Tuesday Night.

The American People replaced a Professional Politician who screwed up the country with a Citizen Statesman.

You are not exempt from the same fate.

After Sutherland Springs Massacre, Dems Call for “Gun Control”…Again

November 7, 2017

Sutherland-600-CI

You won’t get gun control by disarming law-abiding citizens. There’s only one way to get real gun control: Disarm the thugs and the criminals, lock them up and if you don’t actually throw away the key, at least lose it for a long time… It’s a nasty truth, but those who seek to inflict harm are not fazed by gun controllers. I happen to know this from personal experience. – Ronald Reagan

Whenever there is a mass homicide in America, Democratic Politicians, in some sort of obscene genetic pavlovian response, begin calling for honest Americans guns to be taken away.

For example…

The Washington Post reports that

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) has been a leading voice for gun control after just about every recent mass shooting, ever since it was his state that was struck in 2012 by the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown.

But Murphy’s response to the latest tragedy — in Sutherland Springs, Tex. — is a little different even for him. It is a dark and ominous statement that at times feels somewhat resigned but also makes a point of arguing that we shouldn’t be resigned. In that way, it’s somewhat similar to how President Barack Obama spoke about mass shootings late in his term. Murphy, though, takes it even further, painting a vivid and stark picture of the “paralysis” we have faced after mass shootings and talking about “the blood that flows endlessly onto the floors” of the scenes of such attacks. And for all of it, he blames lawmakers who have sold out to the NRA.

Below is his full, four-paragraph statement, with some analysis interspersed:

“The paralysis you feel right now — the impotent helplessness that washes over you as news of another mass slaughter scrolls across the television screen — isn’t real. It’s a fiction created and methodically cultivated by the gun lobby, designed to assure that no laws are passed to make America safer, because those laws would cut into their profits. My heart sunk to the pit of my stomach, once again, when I heard of today’s shooting in Texas. My heart dropped further when I thought about the growing macabre club of families in Las Vegas and Orlando and Charleston and Newtown, who have to relive their own day of horror every time another mass killing occurs.

None of this is inevitable. I know this because no other country endures this pace of mass carnage like America. It is uniquely and tragically American. As long as our nation chooses to flood the county with dangerous weapons and consciously let those weapons fall into the hands of dangerous people, these killings will not abate.”

“These killings will not abate” and the “paralysis” lines both hark back to how Obama talked. After multiple failed efforts to persuade Congress to act on gun control, he and his White House admitted that the will simply wasn’t there.

After a 2015 shooting in Oregon, White House press secretary Joshua Earnest said the president was “quite realistic that we’ll need to see a fundamental change in terms of the way the American people communicate this priority to Congress before we’ll see a different outcome in the legislative process.”

Months earlier, after the mass shooting at a historically black church in South Carolina, Obama said: “At some point it’s going to be important for the American people to come to grips with it, and for us to be able to shift how we think about the issue of gun violence collectively.”

“As my colleagues go to sleep tonight, they need to think about whether the political support of the gun industry is worth the blood that flows endlessly onto the floors of American churches, elementary schools, movie theaters, and city streets. Ask yourself: How can you claim that you respect human life while choosing fealty to weapons-makers over support for measures favored by the vast majority of your constituents.”

Here, Murphy pins the “blood that flows endlessly onto the floors” directly on lawmakers who have opposed gun control. He suggests that those who claim to be “pro-life” aren’t following through on it on this particular issue.

“My heart breaks for Sutherland Springs. Just like it still does for Las Vegas. And Orlando. And Charleston. And Aurora. And Blacksburg. And Newtown. Just like it does every night for Chicago. And New Orleans. And Baltimore. And Bridgeport. The terrifying fact is that no one is safe so long as Congress chooses to do absolutely nothing in the face of this epidemic. The time is now for Congress to shed its cowardly cover and do something.”

The inclusion of Chicago here is noteworthy. Republicans have long held up the carnage in the Windy City as proof of Democrats’ selective outrage on gun violence, given the strict gun-control laws that exist there. Here, Murphy suggests it’s part of the epidemic of mass shootings — even as the shootings don’t claim as many victims all at once.

Murphy also calls for his colleagues to shed their “cowardly cover and do something.” It’s worth noting that it has been weeks since Las Vegas, after which there seemed to be bipartisan agreement — including from the NRA — about regulating bump stocks, which basically serve to turn a semiautomatic weapon into a fully automatic one. And the bill was only recently introduced.

Texas would seem less conducive to immediate gun-control legislation. The shooter, according to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), had been denied a gun permit, for example, which suggests that this wasn’t a matter of a lack of background checks. The shooter was also stopped by an armed civilian — a fact gun-rights supporters will emphasize. The NRA often argues that the best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

In other words, it seems unlikely that Murphy’s plea and this particular incident will change much of anything. But Murphy also seems to know that.

Uh huh. That’s because he’s a Liberal Democrat and he just can’t help himself.

Speaking of Chicago…

The Chicago Tribune reports that

Chicago is close to recording its 600th homicide for the year, only the second time the city will have reached the grim milestone since 2003, according to data kept by the Tribune. After a weekend when 30 were people shot, five of them fatally, the number of homicides stands at 593 this year, according to the Tribune’s database.

That’s below the 681 homicides this time last year but substantially above other recent years.

Last year saw gun violence at levels not recorded since the late 1990s.  This year has not been as bad, but the last time the city hit 600 homicides was 2003, and that was for the entire year, according to statistics kept by the Chicago Police Department.

The Chicago Police Department’s count of homicides this year is 581 because, unlike the Tribune, it does not count homicides on expressways as well as fatal shootings by police officers and homicides considered justified.

Shootings have shown the same trend:  This year trails last year but not other recent years.  Nearly 3,200 people have been shot so far in 2017, down from the roughly 3,800 shot this time last year.   That’s compared to 2,609 at this time in 2015, 2,208 in 2014, 1,923 in 2013 and 2.162 in 2012, according to Tribune data.

Among those shot over this past weekend was a 14-year-old boy, who was grazed in the right foot and leg on Saturday afternoon. He and a 22-year-old man were fired at from a black sedan in the 2200 block of South Oakley Avenue in the West Side’s Heart of Italy neighborhood.

In another double shooting late Saturday night, a 37-year-old woman was killed while attending a party to celebrate what would have been the birthday of a man killed in August as he left the Cook County criminal courthouse.  A 25-year-old man was also shot and injured.

Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the country.

And yet, people are still shooting and killing one another.

Which proves the old saying,

If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns.

Have you ever watched a mother, when their toddler bumps their head on a table, attempt to distract their child, by pretending to spank the table, while saying, “Bad Table”?

That, in a nutshell, is what Former President Barack Hussein Obama attempted to do by writing Executive Orders and what current Congressional Democrats are calling for, in an attempt to limit the Constitutional Right of American Citizens to own guns.

By creating new restrictions, instead of enforcing gun laws which are already in place, these clueless Democratic Politicians are shifting the blame from those who operate outside of the law to America and her citizens.

The Democrats’ quest for “Gun Control”, if successful, would only succeed in controlling law-abiding American Citizens, instead of punishing those who operate outside of our laws, such as the thugs who have turned Former President Obama’s “hometown” of Chicago and my hometown of Memphis into their own personal “Killing Fields”.

If the Democrats had their way, we would live in a country under the oppression of restrictive gun laws, which would be modeled after those in Europe. And, as past events have plainly shown, those restrictive gun laws have allowed Islamic Terrorists and other murderous nut jobs to kill innocent people unchallenged, because none of those innocent people were allowed to carry a weapon with which to defend themselves.

In fact, in some cases, even the police officers, who first arrived on the scene, were unarmed, and had to call for additional forces, thus giving the perpetrators more time to murder and maim the innocent.

One of our Founding Fathers, Dr. Benjamin Franklin, once wrote,

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.

Like Dr. Franklin and the rest of those who have fought for our freedom, average Americans realize what Democrats do not.

The problem in cities like Chicago and Memphis is not that there are not enough gun laws. The problem is the gun laws on the books are not properly enforced.

The dissolution of the Black Family Unit, the revolving door state of our Municipal Justice Systems, and, in the case of the Sutherland Springs Massacre, the lack of recognition and treatment of the mentally ill, have a lot to do with the rise of homicides in those Metropolitan areas, as well.

What Liberals have never understood, in their continuous quest to take away the Second Amendment rights of average Americans is that we will never surrender our Constitutional Right to defend ourselves and our families from enemies foreign and domestic.

What part of the words quote “shall not be infringed” do you Liberals not understand?

Passing more restrictive gun laws is not the answer.

Criminals are called “outlaws” for a reason.

They will find a way to get guns. They do now.

This is a people problem. Not a gun problem.

After all, have you ever seen a gun pull its own trigger?

Until He Comes,

Calls for Mueller to Resign Increase. Why it is Time for Him to Go.

October 28, 2017

untitled (189)

…you look at the Mueller investigation, and, to me, you know, adding or connecting the dots, it wouldn’t surprise me if the real purpose of all of this is to try to cover-up or erase or obfuscate the discovery of even more. And all disguised as an investigation to get Trump, to save America, to save our democracy, to save our election system and so forth. But I don’t put anything past these people. I don’t give them the benefit of the doubt on anything. – Rush Limbaugh, 10/27/17

FoxNews.com reports that

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is facing a fresh round of calls from conservative critics for his resignation from the Russia collusion probe, amid revelations that have called into question the FBI’s own actions and potentially Mueller’s independence.

This week’s bombshell that a controversial anti-Trump dossier was funded by the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign has Republicans asking to what extent the FBI – which received some of the findings and briefly agreed to pay the same researcher to gather intelligence on Trump and Russia – used the politically connected material.

Hill investigators also are looking into a Russian firm’s uranium deal that was approved by the Obama administration in 2010 despite reports that the FBI – then led by Mueller – had evidence of bribery involving a subsidiary of that firm.

Critics question whether Mueller’s own ties to the bureau as well as fired FBI director James Comey now render him compromised as he investigates allegations of Russian meddling and collusion with Trump officials in the 2016 race.

“The federal code could not be clearer – Mueller is compromised by his apparent conflict of interest in being close with James Comey,” Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., who first called for Mueller to step down over the summer, said in a statement to Fox News on Friday. “The appearance of a conflict is enough to put Mueller in violation of the code. … All of the revelations in recent weeks make the case stronger.”

Outgoing New Jersey GOP Gov. Chris Christie, a former federal prosecutor and Trump ally, also suggested Friday that Mueller consider stepping aside.

“If the facts that you just laid out are true, then somebody with Bob Mueller’s integrity will step aside and should — if in fact those facts, as you laid them out, are true,” Christie said on “Fox & Friends,” in response to various conflict-of-interest allegations.

The special counsel’s office declined Fox News’ request for comment.

This is not the first time Mueller has faced calls to step down.

Congressional Republicans over the summer raised concerns over Mueller’s relationship with Comey, whom Trump ousted from the FBI in May. Reps. Franks and Andy Biggs, both Republicans from Arizona, had called for Mueller’s resignation for that reason.

President Trump has called Mueller’s relationship with Comey “bothersome,” though hasn’t said much about Mueller’s role lately even as he seizes on the latest revelations about the Fusion GPS dossier to try and turn the tables on Democrats in the Russia scandal.

“It is now commonly agreed, after many months of COSTLY looking, that there was NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Was collusion with HC!” he tweeted Friday.

But the Wall Street Journal editorial board cited the dossier development in calling for Mueller’s resignation on Thursday, saying the “troubling question is whether the FBI played a role” in aiding a “Russian disinformation campaign.”

“Two pertinent questions: Did the dossier trigger the FBI probe of the Trump campaign, and did Mr. Comey or his agents use it as evidence to seek wiretapping approval from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Trump campaign aides?” the editorial board wrote, before turning to Mueller’s role:

“The Fusion news means the FBI’s role in Russia’s election interference must now be investigated—even as the FBI and Justice insist that Mr. Mueller’s probe prevents them from cooperating with Congressional investigators. Mr. Mueller is a former FBI director, and for years he worked closely with Mr. Comey. It is no slur against Mr. Mueller’s integrity to say that he lacks the critical distance to conduct a credible probe of the bureau he ran for a dozen years. He could best serve the country by resigning to prevent further political turmoil over that conflict of interest.”

Another potential issue is Mueller’s supervision of a bribery probe involving a subsidiary of Russia’s Rosatom, which eventually got approval from the U.S. to buy a Canadian mining company that controlled a swath of American uranium reserves. At the time of the probe, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller as special counsel, was a U.S. attorney and Mueller was FBI director. Republicans want to know how that deal was approved despite the evidence gathered in the bribery probe.

“The whole reason for independent counsels is to have the public trust, the professionalism and the diligence of the investigation, but they have to guard against actual conflicts of interest and apparent conflicts of interest,” said former high-ranking Justice Department official James Trusty, who served under the Bush and Obama administrations. “There may be some tipping point, though, separating facts from rumors, and we may be close to the tipping point.”

Earlier this week, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, called for a separate special counsel to investigate the Uranium One deal.

Grassley, however, stopped short of suggesting he didn’t trust Mueller.

“There might be reasons to wonder his involvement because of his involvement with the previous administration during this period of time. There’s no way that I can make any accusations against Mr. Mueller because he is a man of high ethical standards,” Grassley told “Fox & Friends” on Thursday.

Other Republicans have sought to protect Mueller from interference.

There are currently two pieces of legislation in the Senate, with bipartisan sponsorship, that would ensure a judicial check on the executive branch’s ability to remove a special counsel. Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Thom Tillis, R-N.C., are behind the bills, along with Democratic senators.

Comey’s attorney, David Kelley, also has disputed the characterizations of the Mueller-Comey relationship interviews in the past.

“Bob and Jim have a congenial relationship as former colleagues. Both served long legal careers that involved overlapping time spent within the Department of Justice, and that’s pretty well documented. But beyond that, they’re not close, personal friends,” Kelley told the Washington Post this summer. “They’re friends in the sense that co-workers are friends. They don’t really have a personal relationship.”

Kelley told Fox News on Friday that he stands by those comments.

Mueller, meanwhile, has been criticized by Republicans for the makeup of his investigative team, which includes several Democratic donors.

“As these various Russian related allegations swirl, I think Mueller increasingly regrets his decision to pick a staff in which half of the prosecutors had either given to, or participated, in Democratic causes,” Trusty said. “That was an unforced error.”

No. It was not. This whole Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale has been nothing but a lie from the get-go.

Mueller’s 16 lawyers who are “investigating for corruption” are Democrats who donate to the DNC.

Therefore, they are hardly “objective”.

Muller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush whom he served under for 10 years. When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years.

His past, plus his present staff activity shows him to be another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

All average Americans, like you and me, continue to see on Liberal-produced television newscasts or read in Liberal-written newspapers or magazines, are attacks on President Trump, which feature all of the common sense and objective level-headedness of Bobcat Goldthwait.

You see, boys and girls, from the moment that it was announced that the “Interloper” Donald J. Trump, had “stolen” the election from “the Chosen One”, Hillary Clinton, America’s Liberals determined that they had to go into an all-out offensive to run Trump out of office, saving their entitlement programs and continuing the mission which Obama and his Administration started: that of turning the “Shining City Upon the Hill” into just another country.

As I have noted numerous times in the last 10 months, Modern American Liberals are throwing an unending National Temper Tantrum over the loss of Hillary Clinton to American Businessman and Entrepreneur Donald J. Trump in the 2016 Presidential Election.

The other factor, besides this ongoing temper tantrum, which has led to the Liberals proclaiming criminal activity on behalf of President Trump and his son when there is none, is the fact that Liberals lead their lives in a state of perpetual confusion.

Liberals believe that

Rachel Dozeal is black….

Elizabeth Warren is an American Indian.

Al Sharpton is a Reverend.

Al Gore is a scientist.

George Stephanopoulos is a journalist.

Bernie Sanders is presidential.

Barack Hussein Obama is honest.

And, somehow, someway, if they could get rid of Trump, Hillary Clinton would be given the Presidency.

Heck. Hillary’s husband, Bubba, doesn’t even know what the definition of “is”, is.

The good news is that evidence is finally seeing the light of day that the actually Russian Collusion involved Hillary Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, and members of the Obama Administration, including Special Counsel Robert Mueller. These revelations have caused the Democrat Party, their Propaganda Arm, the MSM, and their Social Media Operatives to at least back away a little bit from continuing to sound like Jan Brady, screaming

Russia! Russia! Russia!

As the featured article in today’s post alluded to, Mueller’s involvement in the Democratic Collusion with Russia with a possible Special Counsel about to be appointed to investigate the matter, places him in a position of conflict of interest.

Even if he is the man of integrity that all of the Washington Establishment claims him to be, the activities of the FBI Before, during, and after the Uranium One Deal and during the past ten months have been less than exemplary, to say the least.

Mueller’s history with the FBI and as a Washington Democratic Establishment Insider has placed him in an untenable position.

He must resign immediately.

The fact of Democratic Political Corruption involving the giving of 1/20th of America’s Uranium Supply and their subsequent attempt to keep Donald J. Trump from becoming president and now attempting to get rid of him after his election is overwhelming.

In fact, the odious gas emanating from the Democrats’ attempt to lie their way back into power with the false Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale, only to have it boomerang back on them,  proves once again that

the ‘smeller” is the feller.

The Las Vegas Massacre: Another Horrific Tragedy, Another Opportunity For the Dems to Push For Gun Control. – A KJ Op Ed

October 5, 2017

House-Democrats-pushing-gun-control-after-Las-Vegas-mass-shooting (2)

You won’t get gun control by disarming law-abiding citizens. There’s only one way to get real gun control: Disarm the thugs and the criminals, lock them up and if you don’t actually throw away the key, at least lose it for a long time… It’s a nasty truth, but those who seek to inflict harm are not fazed by gun controllers. I happen to know this from personal experience. – President Ronald Reagan

Per CNN.com (so, take it with a grain of salt)…

The massacre in Las Vegas was at once a national tragedy and a family one. When Stephen Paddock opened fire on the Route 91 Harvest Festival, he committed the largest mass shooting in America’s history and struck at the heart of country music and its fans — a community that often describes itself as family.

But in the wake of the tragedy in Las Vegas, some members of the country family are reflecting on the gun culture long associated with the music.

Plenty of debate

Since Sunday’s massacre, debate has taken place on the airwaves at country music radio stations, around dinner tables and on social media over gun control.

Caleb Keeter is a guitarist for the Josh Abbott Band, which performed at the 91 Harvest Music Festival.

In a social media post on Monday, Keeter wrote that the tragedy had changed his views on guns.

“I’ve been a proponent of the 2nd Amendment my entire life,” he wrote. “Until the event of last night. I cannot express how wrong I was.”

Crew members on Keeter’s bus had weapons and licenses to carry them, he said, but those “were useless” during the Vegas shooting for fear police would confuse them for the gunman raining bullets on the crowd.

“These rounds were powerful enough that my crew guys just standing in a close proximity of a victim shot by this f***ing coward received shrapnel wounds,” Keeter wrote. “We need gun control RIGHT.NOW.”

The late Johnny Cash was such a firearm aficionado that the National Rifle Association (NRA) shared the story of a Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver he is said to have given his friend, Gene Ferguson, on its site.

But Cash’s daughter, singer Rosanne Cash, has been an advocate for increased gun control measures for 20 years. She called on more people in the country music community to join her in a New York Times column published Tuesday.

“I encourage more artists in country and American roots music to end your silence,” Cash wrote. “It is no longer enough to separate yourself quietly. The laws the N.R.A. would pass are a threat to you, your fans, and to the concerts and festivals we enjoy.”

Close ties to the NRA

As evidenced by Tennessee Ernie Ford’s “The Shotgun Boogie,” Justin Moore’s “This Is NRA Country,” or Hank Williams Jr.’s 2016 single “God and Guns,” country music, in countless songs, has showcased support for the Second Amendment.

And the NRA has worked to cultivate that.

The gun lobbying organization’s NRA Country campaign features a roster of country music brand ambassadors, including Florida Georgia Line, Trace Adkins and Luke Combs.

“I kind see the similarities that run between what you guys do and what I do,” Combs said in a video posted on the NRA Country site when he was selected to join the campaign last year. “I enjoy going outdoors, shooting my guns, and stuff like that stuff.”

Combs, who performed at the festival in Las Vegas, announced he will play a song in honor of the shooting victims on an upcoming “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” show.

“Music is a healer,” Combs tweeted. “In this overwhelming darkness, I believe we will find hope when we rise together.”

Take a good look

The country music fanbase is not a monolithic group of gun-toting advocates.

Greg Bieck lives in Nashville and has worked as a country and pop music producer for almost 25 years.

He told CNN he would like to see the government step up and do more to curb mass shootings.

“It’s not the wild West anymore,” Bieck said. “People have a lot of money tied up in these weapons, and I think it’s worth it for the government to offer a buyback program for them. That would make everyone feel safe and be a win for both sides.”

Katie Toupal, a country music DJ in Minnesota, was present in Las Vegas during the shooting.

She told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin Wednesday that she believes the tragedy will have an effect on attitudes in the country music family.

“I do think some people will take a second look at it [gun control], especially after so many tragedies and the biggest one we’ve seen in our time happening on Sunday night,” Toupal said.

Dave Mann is a 31-year-old minister in Bellingham, Washington and a country music follower who considers himself to be a moderate when it comes to gun control.

He told CNN that while he doesn’t expect fans or the country music industry to become anti-gun after the Las Vegas tragedy, he believes reflection is in order.

“I think we need to take a good look at ourselves in the mirror and ask if we want to be so strongly aligned with the gun industry,” he said. “Is this the kind of world we want to live in?”

Bellingham, Washington? Seriously? Yeah, I’ll bet they listen to a lot of “Country Music” up in that Blue State. Their idea of Country Music is probably “The Dixie Chicks.”

Why didn’t they interview a Southern Baptist Preacher in Horn Lake, Mississippi?

I knew, as soon as I started watching the coverage on Fox News that fateful Monday Morning, that the Liberals would be all over this horrific massacre of innocent Americans like Rosie O’ Donnell on a donut, pushing for Gun Control.

David Mamet, in an  article for The Daily Beast, published on January 25, 2013, wrote the following:

…where in the Constitution is it written that the Government is in charge of determining “needs”? And note that the president did not say “I have more money than I need,” but “You and I have more than we need.” Who elected him to speak for another citizen?

It is not the constitutional prerogative of the Government to determine needs. One person may need (or want) more leisure, another more work; one more adventure, another more security, and so on. It is this diversity that makes a country, indeed a state, a city, a church, or a family, healthy. “One-size-fits-all,” and that size determined by the State has a name, and that name is “slavery.”

The Founding Fathers, far from being ideologues, were not even politicians. They were an assortment of businessmen, writers, teachers, planters; men, in short, who knew something of the world, which is to say, of Human Nature. Their struggle to draft a set of rules acceptable to each other was based on the assumption that we human beings, in the mass, are no damned good—that we are biddable, easily confused, and that we may easily be motivated by a Politician, which is to say, a huckster, mounting a soapbox and inflaming our passions.

The Constitution’s drafters did not require a wag to teach them that power corrupts: they had experienced it in the person of King George. The American secession was announced by reference to his abuses of power: “He has obstructed the administration of Justice … he has made Judges dependent on his will alone … He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws … He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass out people and to eat out their substance … imposed taxes upon us without our consent… [He has] fundamentally altered the forms of our government.”

…The police do not exist to protect the individual. They exist to cordon off the crime scene and attempt to apprehend the criminal. We individuals are guaranteed by the Constitution the right to self-defense. This right is not the Government’s to “award” us. They have never been granted it.

…Will increased cosmetic measures make anyone safer? They, like all efforts at disarmament, will put the citizenry more at risk. Disarmament rests on the assumption that all people are good, and, basically, want the same things.

But if all people were basically good, why would we, increasingly, pass more and more elaborate laws?

The individual is not only best qualified to provide his own personal defense, he is the only one qualified to do so: and his right to do so is guaranteed by the Constitution.

Way back in February of 2013, I had a fascinating conversation with a quite Liberal young lady.

I had posted the following Tweet under the hashtag: #LiberalTips2AvoidRape

Move on down to Dixie, where everyone, Southern Belles or Southern Gentlemen, open or concealed carries.

The young lady replied to my Tweet:

therefore, according to your “logic”, there are no rapes down in ‘ole Dixie?

I, then replied:

I did not say that. However, statistics do prove that a well-placed bullet does prevent an attempted rape 10 out of 10 times.

Here is the rest of the discussion:

Her: If you want to use a statistic then give me a site to back it up.

Me: Ummm…how would a perpetrator rape someone if he was incompacitated?  Duuuh. Courtesy of the Kingsjester Institute of the Obvious.

Her: Suppose the rapist doesn’t want to wait ’til you draw your gun, aim and shoot?Or he comes from behind w/a knife to your neck?

Me: Shoot him in the foot.

Her: ok, but I think you’d have to walk around with your hand on your gun for that to work. Rapists are the worst kind of predators.

Me: You can shoot through a purse or a holster. So, are you saying that you want to comply with what the Dem in CO wants you to do?

Her: I was trying to point out that a gun won’t stop a rapist unless you walk around with your hand on the trigger at all times.

Me: You have no reflexes? Are you unaware of your surroundings? Are you a victim? Are you a fatalist? Would you not fight back?
It was then that she left the conversation.
A couple of things in closing:
Where you have the most armed citizens in America, you have the lowest violent crime rate. Where you have the worst gun control, you have the highest crime rate. – Ted Nugent
Why are they trying to take away the guns from law-abiding citizens, when it is the criminals who use their guns to kill, rape, and rob?
You know, it is almost as if the Far Left Liberals in the Democratic Party want the American Citizenry to be defenseless.
Why would they ever want that?
Because…
One man with a gun can control one hundred without one. – Vladimir Lenin

While Democrats Play “Social Justice Warriors”, They Destroy Any Chance of Gaining Back the White House. “It’s the Economy, Stupid.” (A KJ Analysis)

August 19, 2017

Wash-Bust-600-CDN

This past week, I have been looking at various aspects of the fallout from the riot at Charlottesville, VA last Saturday, which renewed a ISIS-like mission among Modern American Liberals, including the Democratic Party, to rid America of Confederate Monuments, which “offend” them.

There is one problem with that: The Democrats are torqueing off the very Americans who are the key to getting them back into power in Washington, DC.

According to apnews.com,

President Donald Trump’s widely criticized response to white supremacist violence in Virginia has left Democrats in a quandary: how to seize the moral high ground without getting sucked into a politically perilous culture war. Democrats have denounced Trump for blaming “both sides” for deadly protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, and, more recently, for defending Confederate monuments.

But the party faces a complex task: While addressing race and history in ways that reflect the party’s values, Democrats also need to focus on issues like jobs and the economy that resonate with a wider range of voters, including white independents, ahead of the 2018 midterm election.

The party has been looking to answer Trump’s populism by crafting its own middle-class brand, yet Democratic leaders across multiple states now are pushing to take down Old South monuments like the one that ostensibly sparked the events in Charlottesville, and three rank-and-file House Democrats want to pursue a congressional censure of the president.

In interviews this week before his resignation was announced Friday, White House strategist Steve Bannon gleefully suggested Democrats are falling into a trap.

“I want them to talk about racism every day,” Bannon told The American Prospect, a liberal magazine. “If the left is focused on race and identity, and we go with economic nationalism, we can crush the Democrats.”

Trump himself has called Confederate memorials, most of them actually erected decades after the Civil War, “beautiful statues” that reflect “our nation’s history and culture.”

Polls taken after last weekend’s violence offer some evidence backing Bannon’s and Trump’s view. While polls found widespread disgust with white supremacists, a Marist Poll for NPR and PBS found that just 27 percent of adults queried believe Confederate monuments “should be removed because they are offensive.” About two out of three white and Latino respondents said they should remain, as did 44 percent of black respondents.

Andrew Young, a Democrat, civil rights leader and former U.N. ambassador, warned this week that the monuments are “a distraction.” He told reporters in Atlanta it is “too costly to refight the Civil War.”

Boyd Brown of South Carolina, a former state lawmaker and onetime member of the Democratic National Committee, says Democrats are right to oppose Confederate monuments and criticize Trump’s remarks. “He tweets something crazy, we react — and we’re not wrong,” Brown said. But “we have to talk about a lack of jobs and education in poor districts, voter suppression laws. Ask why Medicaid funding is always the target. And then explain how all those things hurt more than just African-Americans.”

Trump upset Democrat Hillary Clinton on the strength of his support from white voters, particularly working-class whites who possessed a combination of economic frustration and racial resentments salved by Trump’s promises of immigration controls, law-and-order and a booming economy.

Clinton, meanwhile, concentrated so much on Trump’s deficiencies and outlandish statements that her own policy proposals received less attention. That’s a problem that has beset Trump rivals since he first declared his candidacy: All the attention focused on Trump — even unflattering stories — prevent them from getting out their own messages.

Brian Fallon, who was spokesman for Clinton’s campaign, said Democrats shouldn’t let that happen after Charlottesville.

“As horrifying as what the president has said is, you have to have an affirmative agenda,” he said.

Still, Fallon praised Democratic efforts to keep Trump and Republicans on the defensive over the president’s response — even if it doesn’t help them politically.

“Sometimes it’s important to take a stand regardless of the electoral impacts,” he said, noting that Clinton delivered a speech last year warning of white nationalists’ rise alongside Trump’s campaign.

Democrats have tried various tactics to press the Charlottesville issue. Besides the push to censure Trump and remove monuments, they are planning voter organization drives across the United States.

Andrew Gillum, the mayor of Tallahassee, Florida, and candidate for governor, is among the Democrats calling for monuments to be moved to museums or cemeteries.

Gillum, who is black, says Democrats must argue “these monuments have been weaponized. We can’t pretend that didn’t happen.”

The issue is reminiscent of South Carolina’s decision to remove the Confederate battle flag from statehouse grounds in 2015 after a white gunman killed nine people at a historic black church in Charleston. Then-Gov. Nikki Haley, a Republican who is now Trump’s United Nations ambassador, declared the flag untenably divisive after the wide distribution of photos showing the killer clutching it.

“She was focused on leading the state through a grieving process so it could begin healing,” recalls Rob Godfrey, one of her top aides at the time.

But Godfrey notes Haley never considered jettisoning other Old South relics.

“That was going to drive people apart,” Godfrey says.

Americans are more concerned with providing for themselves and their families than they are with the silly “Social Justice Warrior” Political Games which the Democratic Party, which is being run by the Far Left, is playing.

Meanwhile, President Trump is hard at work trying to grow out economy by stimulating job growth. However, there are still well over 9 million Americans who are no longer a part of America’s Work Force.

Who are these people?

They are average Americans like you and me, who, in their very real despair, have given up trying to find a job, choosing instead to work under the radar as handymen or flea market vendors. some not even working at all, sitting at home and letting Uncle Sugar take care of them.

When you ask Liberals about this unacceptable situation, they will respond to you with charts and graphs designed to buttress their opinion that Former President Obama actually moved America’s Stagnant Economy forward.

And, if that argument doesn’t work, their pre-programmed response is

But…but…Booosh!!!

Quite frankly, the reason that Obama Presidency did not move our economy forward, like President Ronald Reagan did, is because Obama was more concerned about growing the Central Government, than he was about growing American Production by freeing the job creators from punitive tax rates, in order to encourage the growth that will revitalize our economy.

That is why I once spent 6 hours on a Saturday, on the phone with Punjab from Calcutta about my Comcast Cable Box, which was on the fritz.

But, I digress…

Make no mistake, granting amnesty to millions of unskilled, underage illegal aliens would have done and still would do nothing for the health of our economy.

This action would simply provide future voters for the Democrat Party, which is now, as I wrote earlier, firmly in the control of the Far Left.

A popular Liberal Defense that was going around during Obama’s Presidency was the claim that Reagan actually had a bigger Federal Government than Obama.

The funny part is: It’s true.

It was larger because President Reagan, through his sound Economic Policy, actually increased tax revenues.

American Production rose, therefore,  TAX REVENUES INCREASED.

Yes, “Trickle-Down Economics, “trickled up”, allowing for a well-funded, strong American Military and Administration.

You see, boys and girls, that’s the secret of American Exceptionalism, a concept that Obama always gave lip service to, but, clearly, never  believed in.

For America to prosper, we must remain free. For America to remain free, we must be prosperous.

American Capitalism is the engine which drives a strong, vibrant economy.  American Capitalism is the result of the courageous Entrepreneurial Spirit of American Citizens. The same “Can Do” attitude which led to Western Expansion and triumphs against those before-mentioned enemies, foreign and domestic.

The current state of the Shining City Upon a Hill can be summarized thusly:

America was formed by men seeking FREEDOM. She grew and prospered because of an indomitable will and spirit forged through the Refiner’s Fire, guided by the common-sense words, inscribed in our Constitution, and administered through a Constitutional Republic. Our nation’s largesse and strength comes through the actions and character of her citizens, not through the usurpation of power by professional politicians, who have long since lost touch with their constituency.

Obama’s attempt to “radically change” our nation into a Third World Barrio was met with resistance, not because of professional politicians, but, because of the defiance of the American People, who love their country.

It was this Defiant Spirit which caused Americans to elect American Entrepreneur and Businessman Donald J. Trump as our 45th President.

It was also on display in the Marist Poll mentioned above.

Rest assured, President Trump recognizes whom he owes his Presidency to.

Conversely, the Democrats view us as “piggy banks” through which to fund their Social Justice Crusades.

On November 8th, we proved that America’s Heritage of God and Country is still alive and well in the hearts and minds of the overwhelming majority of the citizens in this country, even those who have dropped out of the workforce.

A President’s role, if he wants to be viewed positively as a world leader, is to work to restore America to a position of strength, both in foreign and domestic policy.

President Trump understands the mandate that he has been given and has been very busy in the last 7 1/2 months serving Americans by making deals to bring back jobs to employ Americans, which will help to stimulate the economy, which in turn will help to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN .

He understands that it all starts with the Engine That Drives Our Country.

And, President-elect Trump already has his hand on the throttle.

Oh…and one more thing…

The Russians did not stop Hillary from continuing Obama’s “Legacy”.

FED UP AVERAGE AMERICANS DID!!!

So, keep torqueing us off, Democrats.

You will never get back into power in Washington, DC.

Thank God.

Until He Comes,

Clash in Charlottesville: For Every Action, There is an Equal and Opposite Reaction…Even When It’s an Astroturf One (A KJ Analysis)

August 13, 2017

Black American Economist and Conservative Political Pundit, Dr. Walter E. Williams, wrote the following piercing words, in an article posted on January 26, 2000…

“The flap over the Confederate flag is not quite as simple as the nation’s race experts make it. They want us to believe the flag is a symbol of racism. Yes, racists have used the Confederate flag, but racists have also used the Bible and the U.S. flag. Should we get rid of the Bible and lower the U.S. flag? Black civil rights activists and their white liberal supporters who’re attacking the Confederate flag have committed a deep, despicable dishonor to our patriotic black ancestors who marched, fought and died to protect their homeland from what they saw as Northern aggression.

They don’t deserve the dishonor.

Unfortunately, Dr. Williams, they have not stopped with the Confederate Battle Flag.

Things have escalated like Elvis Presley’s  favorite roller coaster, the Zippin’ Pippin, on its downhill run.

TheHill.com reported that

President Trump condemned the “egregious,” racially-charged clashes in Charlottesville, Va. on Saturday, but avoided putting more blame on any particular group, saying hatred by “many sides” was to blame.

Trump made the remarks shortly after it was confirmed that one person had been killed and more than a dozen others injured after a car plowed into a crowd of people protesting white nationalist and Nazi groups marching Saturday in Charlottesville, Va.

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides, on many sides,” Trump said at a press conference form his New Jersey golf course.

“It’s been going on for a long time in our country. Not Donald Trump, not Barack Obama. This has been going on for a long, long time,” he continued.

Trump also called attention to the economy during his remarks, and praised state and local police at an event meant to highlight accomplishments by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs during his administration.

“Our country is doing very well in so many ways. We have record, just absolute record employment. We have unemployment the lowest it’s been in almost seventeen years. We have companies pouring into our country. Foxconn and car companies and so many others, they’re coming back to our country. We’re renegotiating trade deals to make them great for our country and great for the American worker,” he said.

Trump came under criticism for not condemning the far right groups marching in Virginia, and for a statement that instead criticized violence by “many sides.”

“Mr. President – we must call evil by its name. These were white supremacists and this was domestic terrorism,” Sen. Cory Gardner wrote on Twitter.

“White supremacists, Neo-Nazis and anti-Semites are the antithesis of our American values,” wrote Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a Republican House member from Florida. “There are no other “sides” to hatred and bigotry.”

Sen. Marco Rubio said in a message on Twitter it was “very important for the nation to hear @POTUS describe events in #Charlottesville for what they are, a terror attack by #whitesupremacists.”

White nationalist, white supremacist and alt-right groups were initially scheduled to gather in Charlottesville’s Emancipation Park Saturday to protest the city’s decision to remove a Confederate statue there.

But as clashes broke out ahead of the so-called “Unite the Right” rally Saturday morning, police declared the gathering an unlawful assembly, breaking up the event before it officially began.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) confirmed Saturday night that at least three people were killed in the violent clashes.

The president first condemned the event on Twitter hours after the violence ensued.

I had to work yesterday. As I was taking my lunch, PMSNBC was on in the break room. The time was 1:30 p.m. Central.

The talking head who was acting as the “anchor” and his guests, including one-half of “The Justice Brothers”, the Reverend Al Sharpton, seemed to be having a hard time suppressing their giddiness over the opportunity they had been given to ratchet up the racial animus and divisive rhetoric which had been bursting at the seams of this great nation, to the point of busting our national unity wide open.

Of course, the Liberals Pundits and Liberal Anchor blamed everything on those who were protesting the removal of the statue of General Robert E. Lee.

They neglected to mention how all of those “Antifa” and BLM clowns, just happened to be in the town of Charlottesville.

I would guess that they relied on the same benefactor as the “Women’s Day March” and all of the other not-so-spontaneous Liberal Marches and Protests which have occurred since Donald J. Trump was inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States of America.

“Uncle George” certainly does have deep pockets.

American Progressives, both Democrat and Republican, have been taking advantage of the horrible church massacre in Charleston, SC, since it occurred a couple of years ago, to try to accomplish something that they have been trying to do for years: minimize the South’s political clout and erase our uniqueness as a region, through the taking away of symbols and statues and any other trace of the historical aspects of the Confederate Side of the Civil War, as exemplified by the Liberal Hypocrisy being displayed in New Orleans and the mission began by Former Memphis Mayor AC Wharton and his minions on the City Council to dig up Nathan Bedford Forrest and his wife, and move their bodies and a statue of the general, which all currently “reside” in a downtown park in the Medical Center. (Of course, the real reason is the fact that the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences wants to buy the park, which sits in the middle of the Medical Center, for the purposes of expansion…but, no one talks about that.)

By the way, weren’t the Klansmen all Democrats?

But, I digress…

Several years ago, I bore witness to an annual Civil War Reenactment, which is held every Memorial Day on the Civil War Battlefield of Shiloh.

Cannons were fired, guns discharged, while men feigned falling in battle.

All that day, “Decoration Day” was observed, as family members laid flowers on the graves of those who had been laid to rest at  Historic Shiloh Cemetery.

This yearly event is a solemn occasion, a chance to teach young Americans about the sacrifices of those who came before them.

And now, a bunch of spineless jellyfish, far removed from that historic battleground in Middle Tennessee, worshipping at the Altar of Political Correctness, are attempting to wipe out a part of our nation’s history, in an attempt to assuage “hurt feelings”.

The dead can not fight back.

This is beyond disgraceful.

The results of a CNN poll, show that the opinion of Americans concerning symbols of the Confederacy, including the Confederate Battle Flag, remains unchanged in the last two decades.

The poll shows that 57% of Americans see the flag more as a symbol of Southern pride than as a symbol of racism, about the same as in 2000 when 59% said they viewed it as a symbol of pride.

Not to be harsh or inappropriate, but, which is doing more harm to black Americans…these symbols of a part of our nation’s history…or a lack of leadership in  parts of the black community itself?

The racial animus and divisive rhetoric which began during the 8 long years of the Obama Administration, even now, after average Americans stood up on our hind legs and elected Donald J. Trump as President, still threatens to tear our Sovereign Nation asunder.

The Democrats, as a result of their own regional bias toward the major metropolitan areas on the East and West Coasts, which has been obvious to average Americans for the last several decades, effectively divorced themselves from the people whom they claimed in every previous election cycle to “love”…Average Working Class Americans.

The Democrats became the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”, including, and especially, all of us Redneck Cracka RAAACIIISTS, who reside below the Mason/Dixon Line.

This Liberal Crusade, through which Modern American Liberals are attempting to rewrite and censure history, in the name of Political Correctness, “racism”, and “hurt feelings” is one of the biggest exercises in Liberal Hypocrisy that this ol’ Son of the South has seen in my ever-lengthening lifetime.

And, it has been fueled by their unwavering egotistical belief that they are “the smartest people in the room”

No amount of selectively rewriting history or removing it from public view because of hurt feelings, will never assuage the feelings of those for whom it is heritage, not hate.

And, no amount of condescension and scolding will convince them otherwise.

President Trump responded appropriately to what happened in Charlottesville.

There was more than enough ignorance and hate to go around yesterday.

Don’t believe me?

YOU go try watching PMSNBC on YOUR lunch break.

Until He Comes,

KJ
