The Trump Justice Department filed a lawsuit Tuesday night against California, saying three recently-passed state laws were deliberately interfering with federal immigration policies.

It marked the latest legal and political confrontation with the nation’s most populous state, which the federal government says has repeatedly stood in the way of its plans to step up enforcement actions in the workplace and against criminal aliens.

“The Department of Justice and the Trump Administration are going to fight these unjust, unfair, and unconstitutional policies,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions was expected to tell California law enforcement officers on Wednesday. “We are fighting to make your jobs safer and to help you reduce crime in America.”

The state’s Democratic governor, Jerry Brown, fired back: “At a time of unprecedented political turmoil, Jeff Sessions has come to California to further divide and polarize America. Jeff, these political stunts may be the norm in Washington, but they don’t work here. SAD!!!”

Federal officials are seeking an injunction to immediately block enforcement of the three California laws, each enacted within the past year.

One of those laws offers additional worker protections against federal immigration enforcement actions. Senior Justice Department officials have said it’s prevented companies from voluntarily cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.

Employers are mandated under the law to demand ICE agents present a warrant or subpoena before entering certain areas of the premises, or when accessing some employee records.

Some companies have complained they’ve felt torn between trying to comply with seemingly contradictory state and federal statutes, since penalties for non-compliance can be steep from both entities.

Another state law dubbed known by critics as the “sanctuary state” bill protects immigrants without legal residency by limiting state and municipal cooperation with the feds, including what information can be shared about illegal-immigrant inmates.

A third law gives state officials the power to monitor and inspect immigrant detention facilities either run directly by, or contracted through, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

In other words, in a Bizarro World type of affirmation of the autonomy of states, the State of California (the World’s Biggest Bowl of Granola, what ain’t fruits and nuts “is” flakes) and Gov. Moonbeam decided that those who have come here illegally have the same rights as those of us who were born here or who came to our Sovereign Nation in a legal manner.

Why are Governor Moonbeam and his Fellow California Liberals refusing to abide by our nation’s laws by passing bogus “laws” of their own and continuing to HARBOR FUGITIVES?

Liberals, on both sides of the Political Aisle, have continuously masked their true intentions for the political usefulness, in their incessant push to grant blanket amnesty to Illegal Aliens, by swathing it in the noble rhetoric of “Civil Rights” and “Social Justice”.

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way the human rights issue that Liberals insist it to be.

Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

The bogus laws put in place in California were not the result of a sort of “righteous indignation” or “defense of the downtrodden”.

They were put in place to secure the existence of future Democrat Voters.

Liberals talk a good game, however, as was shown this week with their willingness to allow the DACA Deadline to pass without even a whimper, they will defend the “rights” of illegal immigrants only up to a certain point. And, when that defense is no longer politically expedient, i.e., in their best interest, they will drop it like they were holding a flat screen television and got caught going out the front door with a security spider wrap on it at the neighbor Walmart.

I believe that it was the indefensible actions of the Mayor of Oakland which was the catalyst in Trump getting Sessions to do something.

She warned the illegals in her area that there was going to be an ICE Raid. Estimates are that ICE missed out apprehending 800 illegal aliens because of her interference. Those they missed included individuals who had committed violent crimes.

The DOJ is looking into the Mayor’s actions with the possibility of filing federal charges against her.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children.  We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight.  But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish.  But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

America became a great nation because it is a melting pot of American-born and legally immigrated citizens with a shared allegiance, not a multi-cultural United Nations with everyone loyal to their home country.

Too many brave Americans have died to keep our flag flying over our Sovereign Nation for that flag to be flown below any other country’s.

Hypocrite Adam Schiff Rages at Steve Bannon

Executive Privilege – a claim by the President or another high official of the executive branch that he/she need not answer a request (including a subpena issued by a court or Congress) for confidential government or personal communications, on the ground that such revelations would hamper effective governmental operations and decision-making. The rationale is that such a demand would violate the principle of separation of powers among the executive, legislative and judicial branches. – reports that

House Democrats said Thursday they are looking at initiating contempt proceedings against former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, complaining that he cited “executive privilege” to brush off a host of questions during a tense closed-door interview with the House Intelligence Committee.

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., told reporters that Bannon stonewalled “almost all of the questions,” with the exception of a series of 25 scripted questions from the White House — all of which he answered “no.” Schiff added that Bannon said he had been instructed to invoke executive privilege by the White House.

“That claim of executive privilege is breathtaking and insupportable and, indeed at times, it was laughable,” Schiff said.

Schiff said that Democrats will push for initiating contempt charges against Bannon, a move that would require support from Republicans on the committee. Schiff said Republicans appeared supportive and will confer with their leadership on the next step.

“He’s brought our committee together,” he said.

Executive Privilege…Executive Privilege…where have I heard those words before?

Oh, yeah. Now, I remember.

President Obama today invoked executive privilege to shield documents related to the “Fast and Furious” gun walking scandal from a congressional investigation, marking the first time his administration has invoked the right and the 25th time it’s been used since 1980. In response, a House committee voted Wednesday along party lines to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. The White House dismissed the proceedings as “political theater.”

Louis Fisher, author of “Politics of Executive Privilege,” questioned the legitimacy of the administration’s claim to executive privilege.

“If it had been legitimate, I think they could have raised it a year ago,” Fisher said. “It doesn’t look good to work with a committee for more than a year and then to pop out that this is executive privilege.”

The use of executive privilege to protect internal discussions and deliberations can be traced back to George Washington. However, it was the Supreme Court’s 1974 ruling in the Nixon Watergate scandal that established executive privilege as a legal right and set forth its appropriate uses. Since Nixon, executive privilege has been used in every administration, although some presidents invoked the power more frequently than others.

I swear, the Modern Democratic Party are nothing but a bunch of whining hypocrites.

The Congressman is having a “Schiff-Fit” because former Trump Administration Member Steve Bannon has claimed Executive Privilege in response to questions designed to ruin both him and President Trump…questions based on a Political Dog and Pony Show designed to try to remove our Constitutionally-elected President from office because he is not a Professional Politician and he is trying to actually fulfill his Campaign Promises.

Obama covering his as…err…backside from his part in the Fast and Furious scandal by provoking “Executive Privilege” to keep from being impeached did not bother the Democrats in Congress in 2012, I’m sure.

And, gosh. Do you know who one of those members of Congress on the Democratic Side who supported President Obama in 2012 during the Fast and Furious Investigation and his declaring “Executive Privilege” was?

I’ll give you 3 guesses. And, the first two don’t count.

Schiff, a leading advocate against holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on Thursday, replied “absolutely” when The Daily Caller asked him at a Wednesday press conference if “government misconduct” took place at anytime during the scandal.

…So, yes, we all acknowledge there are legitimate origins to this investigation but I think it has been untethered from that legitimate origin.”

“Untethered” meaning that Obama cut the rope which was going to tie him into the “misconduct” by claiming “Executive Privilege”.

Let’s face it, gentle reader. This whole Trump/Russia Collusion Fairy Tale has been nothing but an act of vengeance perpetrated by the Democratic Party, their minions in Congress, and their Deep State Operatives in the DOJ and FBI placed in motion to undo the results of the 2016 Presidential Election.

Because, Lord knows, the Far left Democratic Party can’t have a Republican President actually succeed in fulfilling his Campaign Promises.

That would mean that the Professional Politicians on Capitol Hill would actually have to work with President Trump on behalf of Americans, instead of themselves, to help make American Great Again.

And. Lord knows…we can’t have that. That would be too much like “right” (as we say in Dixie).

Susan Rice E-mail Proves Obama’s Involvement With DOJ/FBI During “CollusionGate”

Ex-national security adviser Susan Rice sent an “unusual email” to herself the day President Trump was sworn into office documenting former President Barack Obama’s guidance at a high-level meeting about how law enforcement should investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential race, two Republican senators said Monday. 

According to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Sen. Lindsey Graham, the partially unclassified email was sent by Rice on Jan. 20, 2017 — and appears to document a Jan. 5 meeting that included Obama, then-FBI Director James Comey, then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Vice President Joe Biden and Rice. 

In the email, Obama’s national security adviser wrote: “President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities ‘by the book.’ The president stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.” 

The email also appears to reflect Obama’s guidance on sharing sensitive information with both the Russians and the incoming administration. 

Rice wrote that Obama said “he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.”

She added, “The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team.  Comey said he would.”

Grassley, R-Iowa, and Graham, R-S.C., released the email Monday. They said they uncovered it as part of their oversight of the FBI and the Department of Justice, and claimed it raises new questions. 

“It strikes us as odd that, among your activities in the final moments on the final day of the Obama administration, you would feel the need to send yourself such an unusual email purporting to document a conversation involving President Obama and his interactions with the FBI regarding the Trump/Russia investigation,” they wrote in a letter to Rice. 

They added: “In addition, despite your claim that President Obama repeatedly told Mr. Comey to proceed ‘by the book,’ substantial questions have arisen about whether officials at the FBI, as well as at the Justice Department and the State Department, actually did proceed ‘by the book.’”

  • Was appointed as President Obama’s top national security adviser in 2013

For any American who has been paying attention, the revelation of Obama’s use of the FBI and the Department of Justice in the surveillance and attempted sabotaging of Trump and his Campaign Staff is not shocking at all.

It is simply a continuation of a pattern of behavior associated with the political ideology of the Former President and his Administration.

When Barack Hussein Obama assumed the position of President of the United States, the Far Left became empowered. Obama’s handlers saw the opportunity to “radically change” America into a Democratic Socialist Republic. You know, the kind of government that is currently failing over in Europe.

Every piece of legislation that Barack Hussein Obama tried to get passed, was designed to either overtly or covertly limit our freedom.

Boys and Girls, it was not just “Chicago-style Politics” that motivated Obama to spy on the Trump Campaign and to attempt to influence the 2016 Presidential Election. It was his predilection toward Government-sponsored FASCISM.

My late father was one of thousands of brave young American men, who landed on the beaches of Normandy , France on June 6, 1944, in the military operation which broke the backs of the Nazis, leading to the end of World War II, now known as D-Day.

World War II was a war against Fascism.

What is Fascism? Per, it is a

political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Ladies and gentlemen, I firmly believe that America has been fighting a new War Against Fascism for some time now.

It has not been a war fought with guns and bullets, But instead with State Referendums, Congressional votes, Executive Orders, Law Suits, Judicial Activism and Royal Edicts from the Far Left and their leaders like the Former King Barack The First.

It’s not our Brightest and Best who were wounded on this field of battle, but rather, it was our Constitutional Freedoms which were attacked, pierced by the arrows of Socialism, Political Correctness, and an inexcusable abuse of Executive Power in Washington, DC.

By now, there is someone out there among you saying, “Oh Lord, the crazy old cracka’s overreacting again.”

No, Skippy, I’m not.

If you try to talk to a Liberal about this New Fascism, they will deny that there is any Fascism going on at all. In fact, they will tell you that all this garbage that happened during the Presidency of Barack Hussein Obama was “the will of the people”. In order to prove their claim, they will site Democratically stacked push polls from those years or place Hollywood Liberals in front of a camera, so they can mindlessly pontificate and tell us “common folk” that we should  “resist” against a Constitutionally elected President of the United States of America.

If there is “no Fascism”, what do you call Obama’s suggestions and actions to suppress the First Amendment Rights to Free Speech of  Americans, who disagreed with the Liberal “Politically Correct” Point of View, up to and including the surveillance of, interference with, and subsequent purposeful “unmasking ” of the Trump Campaign Staff and the use of the DOJ and the FBI as Political Weapons against an American Citizen?

New Strzok/Page Texts Prove That Obama Knew About The Deep State Operationts to Stop Trump

Newly released text messages between FBI lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page saying Barack Obama wanted to “know everything” the FBI was “doing” could raise questions about the former president’s 2016 statement that he was not involved in discussing pending probes.

The texts were part of a batch released by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., along with majority staff from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Strzok and Page, who worked for a short period of time on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, have been in the spotlight ever since a slew of anti-Trump messages between them surfaced last year.

In the new text message chain from Sept. 2, 2016, Page mentioned Obama in the context of a briefing for then-FBI director James Comey.

“Checkout my 9:30 mtg on the 7th,” Strzok texted Page.

“I can tell you why you’re having that meeting. It’s not what you think,” Page responded.

“TPs [talking points] for D [Comey]?” Strzok asked.

“Yes, bc potus wants to know everything we are doing,” Page said.

The message suggested that Obama would meet Comey regarding an FBI matter.

Yet, on April 10, 2016, Obama told Fox News’ Chris Wallace that he did not have any involvement in ongoing FBI investigations.

“I do not talk to the attorney general about pending investigations. I do not talk to FBI directors about pending investigations,” Obama said on “Fox News Sunday.” “I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI, not just in this case, but in any case.”

It’s unclear from the texts what exactly Strzok and Page were referring to with the apparent talking points for Comey. According to the Senate report, the text raises questions about Obama’s involvement in the Clinton email investigation.

The conversation took place during an apparent lull in the Clinton email investigation, though it wasn’t necessarily closed, either. In July 2016, Comey announced that Clinton was “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information on her private server but would face no charges. In late October, Comey announced that he would revisit the Clinton investigation.

The Strzok-Page conversation also occurred just days before Obama met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G-20 summit, where he confronted him about cyber concerns amid reports and intelligence surfacing that Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential campaign.

A former deputy assistant to Obama, Colin Kahl, highlighted on Twitter a Daily Beast reporter who floated this meeting as relevant to that text exchange.

Also on Sept. 2, 2016, though, the FBI released a full transcript – with redactions – of its interview with Hillary Clinton as part of the email probe, along with a memo summarizing the bureau’s investigation of her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.

After the mention of “potus,” Strzok alerted Page to “ breaking,” which could have been the report, “FBI Papers Offer Closer Look at Hillary Clinton Email Inquiry.

From the election of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America until today, the actions of the Former Occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue have caught my attention and concerned me.


Because as I have stated many times before, Obama would rather walk 5 miles to tell a lie than to stand completely still and tell the truth.

You have a Former Nazi Sympathizer, now a Billionaire “Philanthropist”, funding Far Left Causes. Add to that a disgruntled Former President, desperately trying to ensure that his mission to turn the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth into a Third World Socialist Paradise is not derailed by the unexpected loss of his hand-picked predecessor to a “Citizen Statesman”.

Faced with the reality of a splintered Democratic Party, which has alienated its base by moving to the Extreme Far Left of the Political Spectrum, this Former President , while still in office, decided to spy on the one candidate who might actually have a chance to beat his own party’s lousy candidate in a fair Presidential Election, through the means of obtaining an order to wire tap his offices.

After that did not help and the Citizen Statesman became the President, the Former Petulant President Pantywaist, encouraged “rebellion”, as if the reality of a nation being torn asunder was some sort of “Star Wars” Movie, through the use of his “benefactor’s”(the Former Nazi Sympathizer) money in the funding of manufactured protests and a Media-Driven, Community -Organizing Assault, which includes the Former President’s own “Organizing For America” Website.

Not unlike the Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution, this “rebellion”, with their willing accomplices in the Main Stream Media, launched a massive assault, through the dissemination of propaganda, manufactured protests, and Fake News, in order to somehow diminish the sitting President, in the hopes of regaining their lost power and continuing their mission, inspired by Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

Unfortunately for them, they have underestimated the power of the New Media and the resiliency of the average American, here in the Heartland, who stopped believing their lies some time ago.

And now, with the revelation that came out yesterday, that the Political Elite of both political parties knew of the specious wire tapping, this weakens the momentum of the Shadow Government’s Rebellion and strengthens the resolve of both the sitting President and the average Americans who voted him into office, against all odds.

At the time, little did I now exactly how deep (as in Deep State) Obama’s spying on Trump went.

What we are now looking at, is an attempt by a sitting President of the United States of America to interfere with our Constitutional Electoral Process, as if he were Hugo Chavez and this was Venezuela.

There is no way that the Democrats can spin their way out of this.

But, Lord knows, they are going to try.

AS Rush Limbaugh stated on his show yesterday, concerning the Fox News Video seen above,

…you will never see it on CNN. You won’t see it be read about it in the New York Times or Washington Post. It remains compartmentalized on our side of the media. But the bottom line is that Obama was well aware of the Hillary email investigation and was protecting her and went so far as to publicly claim she was innocent, which… You don’t need a memo to the DOJ and the FBI to exonerate her after you publicly say (impression), “She’s innocent.

“She wouldn’t… She — she served this country for so long, she wouldn’t possibly do anything to jeopardize it.” The message is thus sent, “She’s innocent. Don’t pursue this.” And that’s exactly what happened. But the real meaning here is that it’s Obama, the man behind the curtain. It’s Obama with the levers controlling all of this, and things that are happening now I am fully convinced have as their primary purpose to protect and to continue to enshroud Obama, to protect his legacy, his agenda, his presidency, his reputation, and to keep him away from any legal jeopardy.

I agree with Rush.

It’s past time to clean house at the DOJ and the FBI.

If AG Sessions is reluctant to do it, the President must find someone who is not.

Obama, who learned how to control people at the feet of the master. Puppet Master George Soros, will not willingly cut the strings tying him to his Deep State Operatives in the DOJ and FBI, it must be done by President Trump and his Attorney General.

It’s time to amputate this diseased limb of our Justice System and to stop a Former President, who evidently aspires to be a benevolent dictator, from covertly interfering with our nation’s future.

The Main Stream Media and Internet Trolls Lose Their Collective Hive-Minds as the FISA Memo is Made Public

The mainstream media didn’t get its way on Friday when the controversial memo detailing alleged government surveillance abuses was released.

But instead of focusing on the contents, the liberal media members who had reservations about the document’s release are harping on negative reactions to President Trump’s decision to make it public.

The House Intelligence Committee released the memo about alleged abuses involving FISA, or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, dn Friday afternoon after news organizations such as The New York Times and The Washington Post criticized the decision to do so.

The polarizing memo had liberal media members howling that its release would pose a risk to national security less than 24 hours ago, but the same pundits are now calling it a “dud” and mocking conservatives for overhyping its content.

“It falls well short of what some Republicans promised: to cast doubt on the origins of the Russia investigation,” a prominent bullet point on The Times’ website said shortly after the release.

The home page of The Washington Post featured a trio of headlines that played down the content of the memo, “Ongoing battle between White House and FBI intensifies after memo’s release,” Sentence buried in GOP memo may undercut Trump efforts to discredit Russia probe,” and an opinion piece, “The White House’s laughable spin that releasing the memo is all about ‘transparency,’” were all prominently displayed. 

The Associated Press’ wire was packed with angry reaction to the memo and offered very little about what the document actually said. AP pieces about the memo led with lines including “Attorney General Jeff Sessions is defending his deputy in the face of criticism from the president,” “House Democrats are angry about the release of a classified GOP memo” and “The top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee is challenging the accuracy of a memo.”

A giant headline across the HuffPost page simply stated, “Meh-morandum: This thing’s a dud!”

Former FBI Director James Comey blasted the “dishonest” and “misleading” memo, saying it “inexcusably exposed” classified investigations. Several news organizations used Comey’s reaction as their hook in stories playing down the memo,  with splashy headlines using the former FBI chief’s negative reaction. 

Meanwhile, reporters from both CNN and MSNBC have been accused on social media of misleading viewers regarding the content of the memo. NBC News’ Katy Tur “fixed” an inaccurate tweet after critics called her out, while CNN’s Jim Sciutto has been criticized for saying that Republicans first paid for the disputed Steele dossier. 

Others have picked on the way the memo was written. 

NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell said the language in the memo is “mischievous,” while Vox founder Ezra Klein said it read like a “Breitbart article.”

Media Research Center President Brent Bozell issued a statement ridiculing the media coverage of the memo, saying it deserved “Watergate-like media coverage.”

“Now that the memo is public, the media owe it to the American people to report this story fairly and truthfully,” he wrote. “We have witnessed over a year of an unparalleled, deliberate effort by the press to remove a president they despise, and it is time they are held accountable.”

The Vanguard of the Democratic Party, the Main Stream Media, weren’t the only ones acting as if there was nothing to the FISA Memo.

Liberals Trolls on Websites and Facebook spent the day avoiding addressing the revelations found within the 4-page document, deflecting challenges from Conservatives as if they were a goalie in the Stanley Cup.

Between the MSM and the Internet Trolls, the whole mess seemed like Placebo Day in a Hospital Psych Ward.

Does anyone else have the feeling that these “news reports” concerning the release of the FISA Memo were written days in advance?

That would explain how far off the MSM was in their criticism from what average Americans were experiencing while reading the memos.

Now, regarding those Internet Trolls losing their minds yesterday…

It’s amazing how websites are a reflection of our Political Reality.

Every website and Facebook Page, where there is political discussion, unless they are just Pro-one-way-or-the-other, puts out a plea for civil discourse in the discussions that happen between commenters on their site.

Unfortunately, though, that never seems to happen. And, why is that?

If you are an Internet – Surfing Political Junkie like me, at some time or another, you have no doubt run into an aggravating, bitter, whiney individual, commonly referred to as an “Internet Troll”.

In America, most Internet Trolls belong to the Liberal Political Ideology (whether they admit it, or not).

In our American culture today, the art of civil discourse has degenerated into a shouting match. This wouldn’t be so bad, if both sides had the right to shout equally as loud as the other side.

The problem is, for some reason, Conservatives are expected to mind our manners, be meek and mild, and follow the Marquis of Queensberry rules, while Liberals, libertarians, and self-identified “Moderates” (Social Liberals) call us everything but a child of God.

Liberal Trolls and their activity on the Internet are simply an extension of our culture at large.

Liberalism has always been a failed political ideology. It has never been embraced by the majority of Americans.

As a result of that undeniable fact,, Liberal Activists, especially Internet Trolls, are dirty, manipulative, little cowards, who overestimate their power….and, their own intelligence.

You see, Liberal Democrats, including the “Trolling” variety, both paid and unpaid, expect average Conservative Americans to behave like a dog who has been whipped too much, and go cower in a corner and allow them to insult us, and walk all over us in our online “discussions”.

Their expectation of Conservative Behavior is predicated on the fact that they know that we were raised right, usually by two parents, and that the majority of us are Christians, and are reluctant to have an out-of-body experience on an Internet Chat Board or Political Facebook Page, telling them where to go and the temperature when they get there.

Therefore, Liberal Democrats feel as if they can take advantage of the good nature of American Conservatives, and walk all over us.

Well, I’ve got some news for them.

As a Christian American Conservative, I do my best to live my faith, every day.

However, boys and girls, don’t forget… Jesus ran the money changers out of the temple.

And, judging from average Americans’ reactions to the FISA Memo, a bunch of Deep State Bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI are about to be run out of their “temples”, as well.

Liberals have been used to being able to bully the rest of us into “shutting up” for the entire 8 years of the reign of King Barack The First.

Now, with Donald J. Trump doing a magnificent job as President of the United States of America and the spigot on the fountain of information about the FISA Memo being turned wide open, Liberals are experiencing cognitive dissonance as they never have  before.

Average Americans simply will not be bullied into not believing what they have seen and read.

The FISA Memo is consequential and tells a story of Democratic Corruption which will undoubtedly not end well for those FBI Agents who took part in the treasonous actions against Presidential Candidate/President Donald J. Trump.

No matter how the Main Stream Media and Internet Trolls try to spin it.

The House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday released a 51-page unclassified transcript of the contentious meeting this week between Republicans and Democrats, during which members voted to publicly release the classified memo circulating in Congress that purportedly reveals government surveillance abuses.

The transcript shows Democrats strongly objecting to the release, accusing Republicans of producing the memo to benefit President Donald Trump.

The motion to release the memo passed on a party-line basis. On Tuesday night, Trump, who has the ability to stop the memo’s release, was overheard telling a GOP lawmaker at the State of the Union that he’s “100 percent” supportive of the document’s release — although it hasn’t happened yet.

“I want to begin by expressing my alarm at where we are in this committee,” California Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the panel, said in the meeting. “I have served on the committee for 10 years now. This is the first time we have sought to declassify highly sensitive information for a political reason. It is, I think, a terrible line to cross.”

The transcript release followed the FBI saying Wednesday that the bureau had “grave concerns” about releasing the classified memo.

 “With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it,” said the FBI statement. “As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.”

Five career officials from the FBI came to see White House Chief of Staff John Kelly late Tuesday afternoon to view an amended version of the memo — the product of a review by the White House, according to a senior administration official.

Fox News also has learned FBI Director Christopher Wray had 90 minutes with the four-page memo during his rare Sunday trip to Capitol Hill where he was joined by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C. 

“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies,” Nunes said Wednesday.

According to the transcript of the fractious meeting, Democratic Rep. Mike Quigley of Illinois pressed Nunes on whether he had coordinated  with the White House in crafting the memo for the public to see.

“When you, as the majority, conceived of doing this memo for release to the body and to the public, the preparation, the thought of doing it, the consultation of it, was any of this done after/during conversations or consultations with anyone in the White House?” Quigley asked.

Nunes replied, “I would just answer, as far as I know, no.”

The four-page memo has being described by GOP lawmakers as “shocking,” “troubling” and “alarming,” with one congressman likening the details to accounts of KGB activity in Russia.

Those who have seen the document suggest it reveals what role the unverified anti-Trump “dossier” played in the application for a surveillance warrant on at least one Trump associate.

During Monday’s meeting, the GOP-majority committee voted against releasing a countering memo written by Democrats.

Of course the FBI does not want it to be made public today.

It will expose the FBI Hierarchy’s abuse of their positions and their attempt to interfere with the 2016 Presidential Election and the Presidency of Donald J. Trump.

The Democratic Elite do not want it to be released either…for the same reasons.

As Rush Limbaugh said on his program on Tuesday…

It’s not a memo. It is a four-page report. It’s a summary of what the House Intelligence Committee has learned in its investigation of Trump colluding with Russia. Trey Gowdy, in numerous TV appearances yesterday and today has told us what’s in this memo. We’ve also learned that there’s some additional things like Rod Rosenstein may be prominently featured in this memo. You know why? And this is fascinating.

I’m getting a little bit ahead of the game here. Folks, it’s just a summary. Essentially, it’s the Republicans in the House Intelligence Committee getting sick and tired of waiting because there hasn’t been any evidence produced whatsoever on the original claim. It’s been over a year. There’s no sign the special counsel’s winding down at all, and so the Republicans, “Well, let me tell you why they haven’t found anything,” and they’re gonna lay out the evidence of how this whole thing is tainted.

That’s the purpose of it. That’s why the Democrats are panicked. And so Pencil Neck Adam Schiff has decided to write his own memo to refute the “Dennis” Nunes memo. Devin Nunes, I know. I just can’t help mocking Pelosi, folks. I’m sorry. Now, the Democrats are panicked because the Nunes memo is going to tell everybody in America who has exposure to it what you and I already know.

See, folks, we live in a bifurcated culture, and the people that read the New York Times do not know who Fusion GPS is. The people that read the New York Times and watch CNN do not know that Hillary Clinton paid for the Trump dossier to be written. They don’t know this because that hasn’t been reported.

The Democrat side of things has been able to bottle up everything you and I know about what could be called malfeasance, partisanship, and any other number of things that you would define as attacks on Trump and attempts to ruin his presidency, before that to ruin his campaign, and then after that, to try to ruin his transition.

…The Democrats have grand designs of winning back the House and even the Senate this year and then impeaching and convicting Donald Trump. And the memo that is about to be released is going to put a big dent in those plans.

As I have stated before, what has been playing out since being set in motion by the previous Presidential Administration, is nothing less than, as Radio Host Mark Levin has referred to it, a “silent coup”…a way to usurp our Constitution and the System of Checks and Balances which our Founding Fathers put in place to maintain and prosper our Constitutional Republic.

The last two years have seemed surreal to me.

The lengths which the Democrats and their Financial Backer, the Puppet Master himself, George Soros, have gone to in order to try to keep Trump from winning the Presidency and then, to keep him from “Making America Great Again” through civil violence, lies, innuendos, threats, and even Twitter Bots, has been something that I have never seen before in my 59 years.

And now, today, we are going to be exposed to information that those who have been charged to protect American Citizens, instead, attempted to “frame” a private citizen who beat a bunch of Professional Politicians to win the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Deep State Operatives, like the Democrats themselves who sat on their hands during the State of the Union Address, have been blinded by their hatred for Trump to the point where his defeat and banishment from the Oval Office means more to them than love of country and the welfare of the American Citizenry.

Also, as I have written before, I am quite aware that J. Edgar Hoover had files on politicians and celebrities, which he used as “leverage” to keep his job and to hide his kinky proclivities.

But even J. Edgar Hoover never took his vendettas this far.

This whole bloody mess is a result of a Democratic Administration and the zealots in the FBI and other Alphabet Agencies, who became Deep State Operatives in defense of the Washingtonian Status Quo which they had become an integral part of under the Obama Administration.

“Absolute power corrupts absolutely” and these individuals who had obtained levels of importance within the Federal Government took it upon themselves to choose whom they thought would be the best choice for the next president of the United States, and it wasn’t Donald J. Trump.

They did not care whom Average Americans living in America’s Heartland wanted….simply because they “knew what was best for us”.

If, as a Sovereign Nation, we are to rid ourselves of the Machiavellian plans and schemes of a political ideology which seeks to overrule the will of the people through the use of Machiavellian schemes and plans acted on by Deep State Operatives within our own government, ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION MUST BE MADE PUBLIC.

Today , if things go as expected with be a Historically important day in the life of our country.

Today will not be a “political” day.

It will be a day for TRUTH.

It will be the day when American turns the light on the cockroaches infesting the dark, dank cellars of our Federal Government…and we watch them run for cover.

The FISA Memo and the FBI: From the Private Files of J. Edgar Hoover to a Secret Society and Lovers’ Texts

The fight over the release of a classified memo alleging FBI misconduct has set up a potentially bitter clash between President Trump and the Justice Department.

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd — a Trump appointee — wrote in a letter to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) that releasing the memo publicly would be “extraordinarily reckless” and endanger national security.

If the Intelligence Committee votes to release the four-page memo, which could happen early as early as next week, Trump would have an opportunity to veto the decision.

But the White House has signaled tacit support for the move and it’s widely expected that the president, who has previously claimed that the Obama administration “wiretapped” his campaign, will permit the release of the document.

Allowing the committee’s memo to become public unimpeded would be a slap in the face to the Department of Justice at a time when Trump’s efforts to influence its activity are under intense scrutiny.

Special counsel Robert Mueller is believed to be homing in on whether Trump obstructed justice by “fighting back” against the investigation into his campaign’s ties to Russia. Meanwhile, a recent drumbeat of headlines have highlighted interactions between the president and Justice officials considered an unusual breach of the historical firewall between the department and the White House.

The stakes are just as high for Nunes, who has faced allegations from Democrats of ginning up the controversy over “unmasking” to provide cover for Trump’s wiretapping claims. The memo, they say, is part of a broad partisan effort to discredit the FBI, and by extension, Mueller.

The committee voted on party lines last week to make the memo, drafted by Nunes and his staff, available to the entire House. At least publicly, Nunes has not committed to a vote on making the document available to the public.

But backing away would carry its own set of political risks for the embattled chairman. Conservatives are clamoring for the release of the memo, calls that escalated after the news that the FBI lost five months of text messages between a pair of FBI employees once assigned to the investigation into the Trump campaign.

The bureau blamed a technical glitch and the Justice Department inspector general has since recovered the missing texts using forensic tools.

The precise contents of the memo remain unknown, but it is believed to contain allegations that the FBI did not adequately explain to a clandestine court that some of the information it used in a surveillance warrant application for Trump adviser Carter Page was opposition research funded by the Clinton campaign, now known as the “Steele dossier.”

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants are highly classified — even the existence of a given warrant is classified — and Boyd in his letter warned Nunes that the reported allegations in the memo would be based on information that “neither you nor most of [the committee have] seen.”

The Justice Department, which has not been allowed to see the memo, expressed concerns common to the exposure of any classified information: that its public release will damage ongoing investigations and harm national security by burning sources and laying bare intelligence community capabilities.

“Indeed, we do not understand why the committee would possibly seek to disclose classified and law enforcement sensitive information without first consulting with the relevant members of the Intelligence Community,” Boyd wrote.

Several Republicans on the Senate Intelligence Committee, including Republican Whip John Cornyn (R-Texas) have suggested that Nunes should allow the department to weigh in on the release of the document.

Nunes would be relying on an obscure House rule that has never before been used to override the classification system. If the committee votes to make the memo public, the president would have five days to block its release. And even if he did block the release, the full House could override him in a floor vote.

But the release of the memo could provide fuel for Trump’s claims that his transition was inappropriately spied on by the Obama administration — as well as back up his assertion that the FBI’s reputation is “in tatters”— and it remains unclear if he will back his own Justice Department.

Some Republicans who have viewed the memo have hinted heavily that it contains the key to unraveling the entire Mueller investigation, long described by the president as a “witch hunt.”

“We certainly support full transparency and we believe it’s at the House Intel Committee to make that decision at this point,” press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said this week.

A spokesman for Nunes said Thursday that the committee has not briefed the White House on the contents of the memo.

The Justice Department is not “currently aware of any wrongdoing relating to the FISA process,” according to Boyd.

While Nunes has described the memo as “facts,” Democrats have slammed it as a collection of misleading talking points they are unable to correct without exposing the highly classified information underpinning the document.

Boyd suggested that the Justice Department is in a similar position. “We assume members want to provide evidence of any specific allegation of misconduct to Department officials so that we may take appropriate action,” he wrote.

Lawmakers say the underlying intelligence justifying the memo’s allegations is so sensitive that only eight members of Congress are able to view it. Nunes and ranking member Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) are two of the eight figures, but the other members of the Intelligence Committee are not. The top two lawmakers on the Senate Intelligence Committee are also part of the so-called Gang of Eight, but while they have access to the underlying intelligence, Nunes has denied committee requests to see the memo.

“Seeking Committee approval of public release would require [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] committee members to vote on a staff-drafted memorandum that purports to be based on classified source materials that neither you nor most of them have seen,” Boyd told Nunes.

Nunes has brushed aside the notion that the memo would be unpersuasive without the underlying intelligence to substantiate its claims, calling the argument Democratic obstruction of his investigation into Justice Department misconduct.

But a working group, including Nunes, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and Judiciary Committee chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), met over the weekend to discuss the possibility of making some of the underlying information public. Nunes has “a plan,” according to committee member Mike Conaway (R-Texas), who provided no further details.

The memo is a committee work product and the responsibility for releasing it, or not, rests with Congress. The underlying intelligence, however, belongs to the executive branch and Trump could unilaterally make it public if he wished.

“I haven’t had that conversation with the president,” Sanders said earlier this week. “Right now, it’s going through the process with the House Intel committee. We feel like they should play that role at this point, and if it doesn’t happen we can address it at this point.”

According to Gowdy, who helped draft the memo, “everything” in it is based on documents provided to the committee by the FBI.

A spokesman for the Justice Department declined to comment when asked if officials had expressed Boyd’s concerns to the White House.

Well, gosh. Could the Professional Bureaucrats be looking out for their own interests by pleading for Congress and the President not to release the FISA Memo?

Do buffets take down their “All You Can Eat” sign when they see Rosie O’Donnell approaching?

On February 17th of last year, Eric Felton, writing for The Weekly Standard, made the following observation…

We seem to have forgotten the bad old days when J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI was untouchable because of the threat the Bureau posed to politicos who fell afoul of the director. There were the many filing cabinets—no one quite knows how many (one moving man who had to lug them down stairs later testified they were some three dozen cabinets stuffed with file-foldered documents)—full of material of a compromising nature about politicians and political leaders.

When he was deputy attorney general in the Ford White House, Laurence Silberman (now a federal judge) was sent to go through what was left of Hoover’s “Official & Confidential” files. “It was the single worst experience of my long governmental service,” Silberman later wrote. “Hoover had indeed tasked his agents with reporting privately to him any bits of dirt on figures such as Martin Luther King, or their families. Hoover sometimes used that information for subtle blackmail to ensure his and the bureau’s power.”

Then again, the blackmail wasn’t all that subtle. William Sullivan was ultimately the number three man at the Bureau. In the 1960s, he was in charge of domestic intelligence operations (and would have been responsible for collecting the very dirt that so appalled Silberman). Sullivan had a falling out with J. Edgar in the early 70s and, once he was no longer at the Bureau, talked out of school: “The moment [Hoover] would get something on a senator,” Sullivan said, “he’d send one of the errand boys up and advise the senator that ‘we’re in the course of an investigation, and we by chance happened to come up with this data on your daughter. But we wanted you to know this. We realize you’d want to know it.’ Well, Jesus, what does that tell the senator? From that time on, the senator’s right in his pocket.” (In 1977, Sullivan was killed in a hunting accident, having been “mistaken for a deer.”)

Such things could never happen again, of course.

He missed that one by a mile, huh?

President Ronald Reagan used to say that the nine words that you never want to hear were

I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Now, don’t get me wrong. the rank and file of the FBI is composed of many stellar, heroic agents, who love this country and work sacrificially every day, serving with honor.

The hierarchy, composed mainly of Professional Bureaucrats, is another matter.

Being political appointees holding political opinions, while carrying political obligations to a certain political party, never bodes well in a position of legal authority.

Add into that mix an extra-marital affair between these bureaucrats and, to paraphrase, “the affairs of mice and men (and agents) will indeed go awry”.

The Professional Bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI know that this FISA Memo will blow their clandestine operation against the candidacy and the presidency of Donald J. Trump wide open and put an end to the sham of an investigation into Trump’s “Russian Collusion” that never happened.

And, they simply cannot have that happen.

Since the kinky days of J. Edgar Hoover, the hierarchy of the FBI have run clandestine investigations of public figures, both political and cultural leaders.

J. Edgar did it to hold onto his office and to have political leverage against his enemies, as he had skeletons in his own closet…and dresses, too.

But, I digress.

In this case however, the hierarchy of the FBI did it to circumvent the will of the American People and to install Hillary Clinton as the 45th President, thus protecting the status quo in the Halls of Power in Washington, DC.

When that didn’t happen, they determined to bring President Trump down, by any means necessary, including creating a fake story of Russian Collusion.

Thanks to two agents who decided to do the Extramarital Mattress Mambo and text each other thousands of times, written evidence has been provided to support the FISA Memo.

My late Former Father-in-law was a retired Police Lieutenant, who had worked with the FBI on several high-profile cases.

To say that he wasn’t a fan would be an understatement.

According to him, the letters FBI stood for “F—ing Bunch of Idiots”.

In the case of the FBI’s “Secret Society”, darned if he wasn’t right.

Trump Wants to Interview With Mueller. Why That’s a Bad Idea…

FBI Director Robert Mueller Testifies To Senate Committee On Oversight Of FBI

“I’m looking forward to it actually. Just so you understand. There’s been no collusion whatsoever. There’s no obstruction whatsoever. And I’m looking forward to it,” – President Trump on the possibility of being interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, 1/24/18 reports that

More than 20 White House personnel have voluntarily given interviews to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating Russia’s actions during the 2016 election, Fox News has learned.

A personal attorney for President Donald Trump also said the White House turned over more than 20,000 pages of records to investigators, calling the level of cooperation and transparency “unprecedented.”

According to a summary of records and witness interviews reviewed by Fox News, 17 campaign employees — plus 11 others affiliated with the campaign – also have spoken with Mueller’s team or congressional committees.

Among those who have been interviewed by Mueller’s team, or are expected to be, include former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus; former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer; White House Communications Director Hope Hicks; and former White House adviser Steve Bannon.

The new details came on the same day that reports emerged of special counsel interviews with senior members of the intelligence community, including the director of national intelligence, Dan Coats; CIA Director Mike Pompeo; and NSA Director Adm. Mike Rogers.

The summary document said the White House had turned over 1,601 documents totaling 5,079 pages related to the former national security adviser Michael Flynn and Russia. The White House also turned over 1,245 documents (7,799 pages) on former FBI Director James Comey, whom Trump fired last year.

The documents include privileged material of all kinds, according to the president’s personal attorney.

Whether Trump himself will ultimately be interviewed by Mueller has been a topic of recent speculation. Earlier this month, Trump cast doubt on that possibility, saying it wouldn’t be necessary since there was “no collusion” between his campaign and the Russians.

But on Wednesday, asked about an interview, Trump said he’s “looking forward” to it. 

Fox News requested comment from the special counsel’s office but there was no immediate response.

Rush Limbaugh checked in with his opinion on this subject yesterday during his program.

So Mueller wants to ask Trump why he fired Comey and why he fired Flynn. You can see what kind of trap this is. Trump doesn’t owe anybody an explanation on this. But there are still people who think that they can force one out of him. I would also reject the offer, if it’s made — which I don’t think it would be. But there’s a possibility that Trump’s lawyers could say, “You know, we’ll do this, but we want it in writing. You submit your questions in writing, and then we’ll answer them in writing.”

And while some people think that would be the best way to go because there’s no pressure… You have the questions in front of you, and then you write your answers down and you review them. You edit them, and you don’t submit them until you are fully, fully confident that what you want to say and what you don’t want to say is in your answer. The problem, again, in my layman’s view of this is those written answers — whoever writes them — are, for legal purposes, written by Donald Trump.

And anything he writes down can then be used as a springboard for any other avenue or branch of the investigation. That points up another thing. They have… If Trump’s gonna do this, they had better get some really serious limitations on scope, on time. “Okay. You want to talk to me about Flynn and you want to talk to me about Kelly. But we’re not talking about the dossier. We’re not…” They can try to set the parameters. I just think it’s a rotten idea. It’s just a perjury trap, and this is the benefit of the doubt, but even if Mueller’s not setting it up as a perjury trap, it still is one.

They don’t have anything on Trump colluding with the Russians, and even if they did, that’s not a crime. They don’t have any evidence that the election was rigged, that Trump knew about it and worked with the Russians. They don’t have any evidence. So why would you give them another avenue to come at you? Which is, of course, this obstruction angle. Now, some in the Drive-By Media are speculating that this request from Mueller to talk to Trump about Kelly and firing Comey could mean that Mueller is near wrapping up his investigation.

…But he’s got 15 virulently anti-Trump people working for him who would no doubt be in on any kind of an interview, sit-down, Q&A. I was a little taken aback. I have no reason to doubt Professor Dershowitz, but I find it difficult for any human being to be that detached. A thinking, engaged human being who cares about the outcome of events every other day of the year, I just find it really hard to believe that anybody that informed, educated, engaged can then have an ambivalent attitude about where an investigation the ends up.

I’m with Rush on this one.

I think that the President should tell Mueller to go take a long walk on a short pier.

However, it’s not because I do not believe that Trump could handle himself in the interview. He has had to sit in legal interviews before.

Believe it or not, he knows when to keep his mouth shut. He would not be so successful if he did not.

My reason for not wanting him to participate in an interview with Mueller is the simple fact that he doesn’t have to.

As Rush said, there is no evidence of collusion. They have been spinning their wheels for quite some time now.

And, at this late date, with the Democrats’ well-laid plan to get rid of him falling down around their ears, Trump is in the catbird seat.

He does not have to disprove anything. Special Counsel Mueller, when it comes to “collusion with the Russians” has proven exactly two things: diddly and squat.

Logically, if you had been working on a special project for over a year and could not find any evidence to support the premise that the project was built upon, wouldn’t you go to your boss and end the project?

I have served as a Grand Jury Member on both Federal and State Grand Juries and I can tell you that those attorneys will not bring a case to the grand jury unless they have both evidence and believable witnesses.

Mueller has neither.

All he has are a bunch of Trump-hating Democratic Donating Professional FBI Bureaucrats whom he brought in as “Investigators”.

And, given the deteriorating reputation of FBI Bureaucrats, I would say that his entire team is suspect.

Don’t interview with Mueller, Mr. President.

Instead, go on National Television and declassify the “shocking”4-page memo which the DOJ does not want Congress to release.

It would be a lot less painful and a lot more effective.

And the reactions by the Democrats, their Deep State Operatives, and the Main Stream Media will be a whole lot of fun to watch.

The New York Daily News reports that

The Justice Department is taking another look at Hillary Clinton’s private email server, according to a report.

Investigators are going to look at how the former secretary of state’s team dealt with classified information sent over the server, according to an ally of Attorney General Jeff Sessions who spoke with the Daily Beast.

News of the rejuvenated probe comes two days after President Trump suggested in a tweet that top Clinton aide Huma Abedin be jailed for “disregarding basic security protocols.”

It was the latest statement from the commander-in-chief over his former Democratic opponent’s email usage. In early December, he wrote: “Many people in our Country are asking what the ‘Justice’ Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and ‘acid washed’ 33,000 Emails? No justice!”

DOJ investigators will look at how classified information was sent over the server in Clinton’s Westchester basement, who fired it off and how much was turned up in past probes, those familiar with the Justice Department’s mindset told the Daily Beast.

An email dump by the State Department last week showed emails marked classified from Abedin were on her then-husband Anthony Weiner’s computer.

Whether those emails were classified when they were sent wasn’t immediately clear.

Nor was it apparent when federal officials decided to take a fresh look at the emails.

The DOJ declined to comment.

Stephen Boyd, assistant attorney general for legislative affairs, signaled in a Nov. 13 letter to House Judiciary Chair Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) the department was interested in the messages.

Sessions, he wrote, “directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues” that Goodlatte wanted to know about.

Officials planned to “make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened,” Boyd added in the letter.

Trump made Clinton’s use of a private email server a top campaign issue. Federal investigators determined in summer 2016 that, while the use of the server was careless, the former top diplomat didn’t knowingly break any laws.

The former New York senator blamed then-FBI Director James Comey reopening the case right before the election on her shocking loss.

Trump has called for Clinton to be investigated even after winning the election. He’s also blamed Comey, who he fired in May, for allegedly letting Clinton get away without any charges.

The DOJ’s inspector general is expected to release a report this spring over the FBI’s investigation. also reports that

The Justice Department has launched a new investigation into allegations the Clinton Foundation used “pay to play” politics while Hillary Clinton was U.S. secretary of state, Fox News has confirmed.

A source familiar with the investigation told Fox News late Thursday the investigation is being led by the U.S. Attorney’s office and the FBI in Little Rock, Ark.

Fox News also has learned investigators are looking into whether the Clinton Foundation violated tax law. Accusers of “pay to play” have claimed the foundation promised favors in exchange for donations or pledges of cash or gifts.

The Hill, which broke the story Thursday evening, added that FBI agents have taken the lead in the investigation and have interviewed at least one witness in the last month.

The witness said that agents inquired specifically about donations to Clinton entities and official government actions during Clinton’s leadership of the State Department under President Obama, according to the Hill.

The Hill reported that law enforcement officials said there will be “additional activities” relating to the investigation in the coming weeks.

In a statement to Fox News, Clinton Foundation spokesman Craig Minassian suggested that the organization had done nothing improper.

“Time after time, the Clinton Foundation has been subjected to politically motivated allegations, and time after time these allegations have been proven false,” Minassian said. “None of this has made us waver in our mission to help people.”

Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill told Fox News that the investigation is an attempt by the Trump administration to distract the public.

“Let’s call this what it is: A sham,” Merrill said. “This is a philanthropy that does life-changing work, which Republicans have tried to turn into a political football.  It  began with a long-debunked project spearheaded by Steve Bannon during the presidential campaign.  It continues with Jeff Sessions doing Trump’s bidding by heeding his calls to meddle with a department that is supposed to function independently. The goal is to distract from the indictments, guilty pleas, and accusations of treason from Trump’s own people at the expense of our justice system’s integrity. It’s disgraceful, and should be concerning to all Americans.”

Late last year, Attorney General Jeff Sessions told prosecutors to evaluate “certain issues” raised by congressional Republicans cocerning alleged unlawful dealings related to the Clinton Foundation, leading to speculation about the potential appointment of another special counsel.

In September, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch said that emails from Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s account showed Clinton Foundation donors requesting and receiving favors from the State Department.

Federal investigators are also reviewing Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state, according to The Daily Beast.

Just how corrupt was the pipeline between the Clinton Foundation and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?


By the time Clinton left office in February 2013, the charity had received millions of dollars in new or increased payments from at least seven foreign governments. Five of the governments came on board during her tenure as secretary of state while two doubled or tripled their support in that time, according to data provided by CHAI spokeswoman Daley…CHAI should have told the State Department before accepting donations totaling $340,000 from Switzerland’s Agency for Development and Cooperation in 2011 and 2012. However, it did not believe U.S. authorities needed to review the other six governments, including Britain and Australia, she said, citing various reasons.” [Reuters, 3/19/15]

However, it was not just governments who sent money to the Clintons through their Foundation. Again, according to…

* “The Clinton Foundation swore off donations from foreign governments when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. That didn’t stop the foundation from raising millions of dollars from foreigners with connections to their home governments, a review of foundation disclosures shows. Some donors have direct ties to foreign governments. One is a member of the Saudi royal family. Another is a Ukrainian oligarch and former parliamentarian. Others are individuals with close connections to foreign governments that stem from their business activities. Their professed policy interests range from human rights to U.S.-Cuba relations.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

* During Secretary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department, “More than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation… collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million…. Some donors also provided funding directly to charitable projects sponsored by the foundation, valued by the organization at $60 million.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

Whether the revelation of “the gift” of massive quantities of Uranium to the Russians in the Uranium One Deal or the formation of an Iranian Connection, as a result of money given to the Clinton Foundation,  as was previously  reported in 2015, or the revelation involving “dual-staffer” Cheryl Mills, this was not just a scandal involving money and unscrupulous political ladder-climbing through the peddling of “favors”, the actions of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State crossed the line into the abhorrent abyss of a Conflict of Interest involving possible Treason.

Time and time again, from Watergate to Travelgate to Benghazigate, and to E-mailgate and the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton proved herself to be a ruthless, untrustworthy, Machiavellian professional politician, who only cared about herself and her ascension to the Presidency of the United States of America.

As I have previously written, Clinton’s trail of corruption leads all the way back to when she was fired from the Watergate Investigative Committee for dishonesty.

However, to practice “Pay-For-Play” on a Global Scale, while holding the Office of Secretary of State of the United States of America,  issues downright treasonous.

Why did she do it?

Michael Goodwin, in a column for the New York Post, written last August, offered the following spot-on analysis:

The easy answers about why she did what she did are too obvious: She wanted to get rich and she didn’t want anyone to know her business.

Throw in her chronic paranoia and sense of entitlement, and she and Hubby Dearest had a rationale for thinking they were above the law. They’d escaped his impeachment trial, so they believed they had lifetime immunity.

All true, but too simple, and it’s impossible to believe that’s all there is. There has to be more, probably something so big and awful, it would destroy her if it’s discovered.

Remember, the Clintons were absolutely determined to get back to the White House, which would be the ultimate vindication of their public lives. Victory would make them unique in American history, so it doesn’t make sense that they would risk throwing it all away for the obvious — and ordinary — benefits already revealed.

The added riches they collected through what I believe are corrupt actions weren’t necessary. They were getting legitimately rich on his and her book contracts alone.

And what difference would another donation make to the foundation, which was already swimming in more money than it could spend?

Because none of this adds up to a coherent explanation, I believe we are still in the dark about a hidden bombshell. There must be a secret Unholy Grail that explains her self-destructive behavior of stonewalling and lying.

I won’t speculate on what the Clintons are hiding because my gifts of imagination are no match for theirs. They always had a knack for pioneering new ways of selling access. No president had ever thought of renting out the Lincoln Bedroom until they did it.

The sleazy act that so outraged the nation then seems positively quaint now, thanks to the creative ways they’ve monetized power since leaving the White House. Now they could afford to buy the furniture they tried to steal on their way out the door then!

Of course, I could be wrong. I could be giving them far too much credit.

Maybe the Clintons really are just ordinary grifters, con artists who enjoy the thrill of pulling off the scam. Maybe it’s not even about the money.

Then again, it’s always about the money, one way or another.

And so, as with Watergate, with Bernie Madoff and now with the Clintons, the advice to all gumshoes is the same: Follow the money. Whatever deep, dark secret they are hiding, the money will lead us to it.

The price of “paying tribute” in order to gain an audience with someone in power goes all the way back to Biblical Times, continuing to the American and French Revolutions.

Our government was never meant to be a Monarchy. America remains a Constitutional Republic.

American Politicians were never meant to be Lords, who would remain in power in perpetuity, amassing unlimited wealth by accepting “tribute” from those seeking “favors”.

Our Founding Fathers envisioned Citizen Statesman, who after serving their country and their communities for a short period of time, would return to their homes, to their families, and to their trades.

What Hillary Clinton tried to get away with is a prime example of why our Founders set up the System of Checks and Balances that they did when they were constructing our system of government.

Obama, the Department of Justice, and the Clintons circumvented that system with a series of maneuvers carried out between the White House, the campaign Trail, and a private jet idling on a Tarmac at an airport.

It is way past time to get to the truth of the real “collusion” that happened during Hillary’s time as Secretary of State.

And, it is way past time that she answered for it.

The Uranium One Scandal: DOJ Removes Gag Order So FBI Informant Can Testify to Congress About Hillary’s Actual Russian Collusion

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive! – Sir Walter Scott reports that

The Justice Department said Wednesday night that it had lifted a gag order on a former FBI informant involved in a high-profile Russia bribery case, clearing the individual to speak to Congress about Moscow’s Obama-era uranium deals in the U.S. market and other schemes.

In a statement, the department said it had authorized the informant to speak to the leaders of the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Oversight Committee, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, in addition to select staffers.

The department said the informant could provide “any information or documents he has concerning alleged corruption or bribery involving transactions in the uranium market,” including Russian company Rosatom, subsidiary Tenex, Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation.

Uranium One refers to the name of a Canada-based company with mines in the U.S. that was bought by Rosatom, a company backed by the Russian state. The State Department, then led by Hillary Clinton, was one of nine U.S. government agencies that had to approve the deal back in 2010.

All three congressional committees launched investigations after The Hill reported that the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear officials were involved in fraudulent dealings – including extortion, bribery and kickbacks – as far back as 2009 in a case involving Rosatom’s subsidiary, Tenex. Congressional Republicans have since questioned how the Uranium One deal was approved the following year by an inter-agency committee, and sought to gain access to the informant.

Republicans also have raised concerns about efforts by interested parties to influence the Clintons – citing donations to the Clinton Foundation as well as a $500,000 speaking fee received in Russia by former President Bill Clinton, who reportedly met with Vladimir Putin around the time of the deal.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, tweeted Tuesday that the Justice Department should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Uranium One deal.

The informant’s attorney, Victoria Toensing, told Fox Business Network Monday that her client can “tell what all the Russians were talking about during the time that all these bribery payments were made.” The informant earlier was prevented from testifying by former attorneys general Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, according to Toensing, after having signed a non-disclosure agreement.

A non-disclosure agreement to cover up treason.

The Attorney General and the Director of the FBI involved in a cover-up of a sitting Secretary of State and Former First Lady’s sale of 20% of America’s Uranium Supply to Russia.

If this wasn’t so frighteningly real, I would swear that it was a Tom Clancy or Clive Cussler Novel.

Where are Jack Ryan and Dirk Pitt, when we need them?

Once again, boys and girls, please allow me to attempt to summarize this political chicanery by the Democrats which includes a traitorous betrayal of our Sovereign Nation by a sitting Secretary of State…

It was actually Hillary Clinton and her campaign who colluded with the Russians to influence the 2016 Presidential Elections through payment to create a dossier designed to bring Trump down by defaming him. This operation also involved Russian Intelligence and a wealthy Democratic Donor.

Can you say, “George Soros”, boys and girls?

Robert Muller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush whom he served under for 10 years. When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years. During that time, he acted as a “mule” for Secretary of State Clinton, carrying a sample of seized uranium BACK to Vladimir Putin via the Russian Embassy.

Mueller’s past, plus his present staff activity has led me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy, fearing that he may be another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Again, allow me to reiterate that President Trump needs to go ahead and fire Mueller and appoint a new Special Prosecutor. One Former FBI Director/Washington Establishment Political Weasel on his staff caused enough trouble already.

The Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale is an invention of the Democratic Party in more ways than one. Not only was Hillary Clinton guilty of nefarious dealings with the Russians when she was Obama’s Secretary of State, Obama and his Administration and Hillary and her Campaign Staff worked with the Russians in an attempt to sabotage the campaign of Donald J. Trump in order to overcome Hillary’s shortcomings and win the Presidency. When that didn’t happen, Hillary, along with the Democrat Elite, made up the Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale which the MSM and Liberal Political Activists (but, I repeat myself) have been bombarding skeptical Americans with for the past 10 months.

To quote Rush Limbaugh in an excerpt from his nationally syndicated radio program yesterday…

Folks, that means there has never been any evidence of Trump colluding with Russia. Now, balance that fact with everything that’s happened in the past year in the news media! This dwarfs Watergate in ways that I can’t even categorize. This has so many players involved who knew that this was phony. But for the highest investigatory intelligence agency in the world to knowingly accept pure fiction and use it politically? See, it doesn’t surprise me. This is who Obama is! This is right out of Saul Alinsky and Rules for Radicals.

This is exactly how community organizing works. You populate these places with your fellow extremist radicals, and you turn ’em loose — and everything they touch ends up being corrupted. The CIA? The FBI? This story… I guarantee you, Jim Kallstrom, who ran the New York office of the FBI for years, this is gonna… It’s gonna combine to devastate him and infuriate him like you can’t believe. The FBI is sacred to people who have devoted their lives to it, it’s sacred in its mission, and to have this? This is not just a mistake. This is not somebody getting fooled.

This is not Comey and Robert Mueller being fooled by any of this. This was knowingly used to help deny a duly elected president his victory — and then after he was inaugurated, it was used for the express purpose of driving this duly elected president out of office, and it encompassed the United States Congress. It encompassed the office of the Director of National Intelligence run by James Clapper. It ensnared the CIA and the FBI — or rather, the FBI and the CIA used this to ensnare all of these different House and Senate investigating committees — and, of course, the Drive-By Media.

To condense what I have said, so that even any stray Libs who might be reading this can understand, Hillary’s Uranium One Deal was the actual collusion with Russia and the Trump-Russia Collusion Fairy Tale was created to cover it up and to try to force Trump from office.

And now, an FBI informant is about to spill his guts in a way that will make Watergate and “Deep Throat” seem like “Blue’s Clues”.
